Just for you to save some time, this is not a MSI service centre, it is Daiwa which is another company which carries MSI products. Please don’t go there directly if you are looking for repairs. Just go to MSI website and submit an online form and send the MSI product to Ontario service centre.

I sent my motherboard here for an RMA and they lost the motherboard. They refused to help me in any way, even though I provided proof that the motherboard arrived to them and was signed for via Canada Post. I would caution anyone who is thinking of using this MSI repair facility as you may get your product lost without any course of action. STAY AWAY !

My 9 month old laptop stopped powering on. So I called the tech support and one of the agents first asked me to try pressing the reset button and then trying to turn it on again. I did as directed and it did not work.Then I was asked to wait and was put on hold. After about 10 minutes of waiting they hung up on me. I want to add that I was being very polite and professional to the service representative and was not being irate or rude at all..This is terrible customer service....

Keep in mind, this place is not a shop. It's only for dropping off your RMA products.Went in, dropped my Graphics card, and came out in less than a minute.RMA for my Video card took more than a month. And I received a defective card.

Product is great .... when we have it. It has been away for RMA three times for the same issue which they claim they cannot replicate.. needless to say third time is NOT the charm. They have had the laptop since August 30th and any attempt to get an update results in cryptic cannot replicate

Last January 28th I sent my RTX 3070 gaming XTrio for repair which is I only get to use for less than 20days, and it’s already been 2 months and still haven’t received anything back not even the Refund that they offered me. It is outrageous how MSI handles their customers, Like DAMN when are you guys planning to give me back my money or the card that I bought that I waited for freaking 1 month to receive after pre-ordering it. This is beyond unacceptable. I’m NEVER BUYING ANY MSI PRODUCT AGAIN, AND GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!.
