Bad customer service. I asked for half sweet drink.After receiving the drink i complained that it is too sweet. They said that the peach syrup is sweet. What is that even mean? Not going there anymore and i don’t recommend anyone going as well.

I love this bbt store but today I’m disappointed. I can understand when it busy but today (Monday) at 2:30pm it not busy at all, there was any others but my 4 drinks and all the tea has not tea favours in them almost like using the tear bag twice.

Customer service is pretty good. Today, I have tried for the first time white tapioca pearls; i prefer black ones. Oolong tea is so so.

They were opened during lockdown. I ordered the milky coconut with pearls at a promotion~ two drinks for $9. The taste was ok as a promotional drink.

Rude staff and can't figure out how to accept gift cardsPresotea is probably the WORST bubble tea brand in Canada. No customer service from this store or corporate. Terrible. Would not recommend.

Once in a while I go to the Pacific mall and I have tried the mango green tea ,drink in three places in under this roof, I found same names but different drinks size and even prices , And today It was disappointing one paying $ 7.90 and I had a glass of full 75% Ice , Colour and added sweetener , and I asked the lady how can there is no mango or jelly tea she responded its 7 Dollars And I responded that I paid you that much , I know the services I cant complaint but lack of good communication is the main issues Hope they should adopt some good manor of costumer services , No reason to speak in Other languages when you are dealing with some one who is speaking English ! Its suspicious of saying bad wordsIts best to be reasonable with every oneI don't recommend any one to this oneHope they read this and brief them how to deal with costumers
