My snowblower would not start. It needed a new carburetor as it ran when I put gas down the spark plug hole. I even told them that a upon leaving it. When they called me back I got a quote for $700 on a machine that was around $500 new. Instead of just putting on a carb and getting it running, they swung for the fences. I’d be interested to see if they sell reconditioned machines because I’m pretty confident I know where they get them now!Not today boys! No soup for you! I will not be back!

Bought numerous Stihl products here. Always been great. Purchased a new RE130 pressure washer. After discovering a leak in the handle I make the 30 min drive to drop handle off for repair. 2 months later....and not complaing as Covid has slowed everything. I call and my handle is ready. Drive down and pay the $87 invoice. Gentlemen hands me the handle and a bag of 2 0 rings and says he thinks he found the issue. My first thought is....sounds reassuring. Get home..plug handle into hose and......leak. I wasn't shocked. Take apart handle and plug water in. 3 mins and it's the black plastic pipe inside the handle cracked and pouring water out. Call a local dealer and order part..fixed. I was extremely disappointed and feel my handle wasn't even opened up. If it had been it would have been apparent to a trained repair person. Very disappointed

I took my Stihl chainsaw to them after a tree fell on it and broke a few parts. Instead of waiting around for a price on the parts (which I would have installed myself) i decided to leave the saw with them and have them do it. I get a call 2 weeks later to say that it would be $300 to repair the saw so I told them not to go ahead and I'd come in to pick it up. When I got there I was told it would be $45 for the estimate. Had they told me when I went in the first time that it would be $45 for the quote" I wouldn't have left it. They didn't even give me the courtesy of telling me it would cost $45 when they called to give me the quote. Extremely unprofessional

TC staff was amazing and very helpful! Helped me to purchase a snowblower and a chainsaw for my husband and treated me with the utmost of respect! Even in the busyness of the Christmas rush, they went through all of my questions, researched the perfect products for my needs, and explained all of the details of the products. They even took the time to load my vehicle! Highly recommend!

Best place to buy because if you ever need service advise, they are very helpful; even over the phone. I purchased my Little Toro snow thrower a number of years ago from T &C because they really know their stuff.

The staff is very helpful and very knowledgeable. The service is excellent and If you need service or a new equipment, this is the place to go.I am happy to have purchased my Snowblower, lawnmower, grass trimmer and Blowers from T&C

Friendly and understanding. Had parts on order from supplier, went from 1 week to 3. Not their fault and they ate trying their best to source
