Clouds ECB Burnaby

Went here a few times when I’m in the area and am not able to go to my normal store. Almost every time I buy disposables from here they taste burnt off the rip like it’s used. I would steer clear waste of money

I bought a Vape about 2 weeks ago and it seems like the vape was faulty and leaking. I went in there without a receipt and the gentleman with glasses gave me a full replacement for the Pod and coil (w/ a full tank of juice) at no charge. He also gave me great tips on how to properly care and clean the vape as well (he was very knowledgeable). Honestly one of the best customer experiences I've had, if not THE best. He spent a good amount of time cleaning the vape as well which showed to me that he was really trying to help. Anyway, I just wanted to give a shoutout to the people there at Clouds and I would highly recommend this place to new and experienced vapers. Check these guys out if you havent!!!!

If you’re looking for a good vape shop then you’ve found it! This place has a HUGE selection with honestly the BEST staff I have ever met! I’m not a people person but these people have to be the best people I’ve met. The owner (Dan) is extremely kind and very knowledgeable about anything relating to vape products. The workers there are also SO nice. If you need a regular vape shop I 100% recommend this place. If I could give it more stars I would!!!!

I’ve been going there for years. It is by far the best shop I’ve been to. The guys are personable and very knowledgeable. They definitely know their stuff. I would highly recommend Clouds.

Everyone who works here are great to deal with. The time they take to help you find what you need, what works best for you and to fine tune your taste for the many different juices they have. I’ve had nothing but great things to say and have recommended them to many different people who are looking for a new Vape Shop. Great job guys and gals, keep up the great work.

I usually only leave reviews when I have a bad experience somewhere but this store is beyond excellence and deserves to be recognised. Great selection of both juice and hardware and an amazing staff that is nothing but helpful and friendly. Great vibe and I thoroughly enjoy every visit I make here. Despite living 40 minutes away I make the trip for the exceptional service. Highly recommended.

This use to be my favorite vape shop, then management changed and so did the welcoming vibe it once had. Now it's just a shell of its former self.

Hands down the BEST service I've received from any vape store. I don't visit this location regularly after moving away from this area, or else I'd go to this location all the time!You guys are so great with questions and suggestions, and I never feel judged here (for my newbie questions)!!
