Scratched up all my widows during installation. Seems around window leak every time it rains. My 70 year old grandmother replaced her own window and hasn't had a problem with it. Only one star because I can't give zero.

These guys are the best!Christmas Eve, my commercial front glass front door gets caught in the extreme wind conditions today.
