I was searching for a dependable cleaning company for my parents and came across Molly Maid. Booking was a breeze and all the information provided was detailed and easy to digest. Two Molly Maids visited my parent’s condo and did a phenomenal job. They did laundry, changed the bed sheets and cleaned the place top to bottom within the estimate provided. The ladies were polite and attentive and my parents like them. I have Molly Maid coming over on a regular basis now.

Today was our first visit from Mollymaid team. They did a great job and left the house spotless. We have the service scheduled every 2 weeks and look forward to having the same great service during the upcoming visits.

We requested a move in/out service clean in order to get our house ready to put on the market. Unfortunately, I came home to a house that looked much the same as I left it. There were still dishes (4!) in the sink, crumbs on the carpet, dust on and around the tv, and cup rings on the coffee table. The bathroom was done somewhat decently (despite streaks on the mirrors) and the bedrooms were vacuumed. The office staff were somewhat helpful and offered us a 50% discount on the bill, which I regret agreeing to. I ended up cleaning the house myself after I got home from work.

Molly maid has taken off a task ofmy long list. I was pleased with the service. The ladies arrived on time and were pleasant. My spouse thought they also went above and beyond (I guess he was not expecting the level of attention to detail). I'm super happy and will be using this service in the future.

My first time experience with Molly Maid was great! I had Anna & Kristen as the cleaning team and they did a great job! I will definitely be dealing with Molly Maid again & I'll recommend this company to anyone needing a good house cleaning.

My mother-in-law was very pleased with the work that the cleaners did in her suite. She felt very comfortable with the two ladies and is looking forward to arranging another cleaning appointment.

awful cleaning. We were forced to return and do the housework ourselves. Even in the bathrooms and kitchen, which we specifically asked them to clean, they left a tonne of dirt and stains. We expected them to be professionals and make it happen. I'm willing to provide images of the refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinets and unclean oven that they left behind. unprofessionally speaking. In addition, they preferred to pack up their belongings in the final 15 minutes rather than go for a walk. Terrible. I don't advise using them.

We hired Mollymaid to clean our rental unit and the ladies did a fantastic job. The inside of the oven and fridge were left super clean making them look nearly new. Thank you for a great service!

Wow! I recently called Molly Maid for the first time, in need of help spring cleaning my home. From start to finish, it was a great experience! First, KC was very accommodating on the phone, and I am so impressed with the team he sent me. Debbie and Louise were very pleasant, they understood what I wanted, worked quickly and did a beautiful job on my place. Of special note, besides both of them working steady to deep clean the whole house, Louise took extra care with areas that are difficult for me to get to, and Debbie scrubbed the bathroom until it looks like new! I am really pleased with what they did, and grateful for their help. I would recommend them to anyone needing an excellent cleaning service!

I have been overcharged and stood up by my previous cleaning companies. Then I decided to give Molly Maid a chance. They are fantastic. From booking the service to the time the team of Anna & Kristen finished up, I was so happy and regretting why I didn’t get Molly Maid to begin with.
