Owner of valley tv chilliwack is so arrogant I would never recommend anyone ,I took my television for repair but he is such a high head person never go there

Brought my stereo to him (no sound). Waited 10 minutes while he talked to some friend of his. Then he took the stereo saying it would take 2 days to diagnose. I called a week later and they hadn’t looked at it. Waited another week, called and they said that it would cost 150$ to repair but it would take another 2 weeks. I said for them to do it, they said I could pay at pickup. A month later I called an they still hadn’t touched it. So I went to pick it up. They said they wanted money for the inspection or I couldn’t have it back. So, I left it. Waste of a month and my time calling them. Enjoy the dead stereo.

RUDE!As others have stated, he is VERY rude.Called and asked about a minor repair, he said: I AM WAY TO BUSY FOR THAT AND WOULD CHARGE A MINIMUM $100

If I could give minus stars a would. Talked on the phone with him for under one minute and hung up. He was so condescending and rude. Asked me to explain what was wrong with the tv and when I started to explain he rudely said he’s not convinced and he said “ I dont really want to hear it “ when I tried to re explain. Highly recommend to go else where !!!

This company is a total joke!! The guy who called us for a TV repair was so rude from the first word that came out of him mouth. After reading other reviews, I can only assume that this was the owner who we talked to. This guy has no respect for other people, condescending, arrogant and should definitely not be dealing with the public. I would not recommend them to anyone especially letting him on your home!!!

If i cld give minus stars I would. Couldnt find an issue with my tv after having it over 1.5 wks in his shop. Wouldnt do the online research I suggested for the known issue with my model. During a follow-up phone call he screamed at me when I said I was going to try to get someone else to repair it.Would NEVER recommend this guy! Stay far away!

I took my non-functioning over the range Panasonic microwave to Valley TV and Stereo for repair.I agreed to the $40.00 determination fee(which was credited back when I decided to have the microwave repaired)to establish what repairs would be required. A defective power module was discovered. I was quoted a labour and part cost which was far less than replacement of the microwave, and decided to proceed with the repair. One week later the fully functioning microwave was ready for pickup. Very pleased with the result.
