They say they offer a 7 day free trial but what they don't tell you is that they'll charge you $50 (which is the cost of the connection fee) if you don't keep their service connected for 3 months.Doesn't exactly smell of a company who is confident in the service they provide if they're trying to trick people into signing up for a service and using a $50 threat to keep them on as customers.

I was a customer (located in Toronto) starting from end Oct 2022 but had to cancel and switch today. Reason being there are 2 internet down in just a month which creates huge amount of inconvenience for us. The only reason giving 1 star is at least the attitude of customer service is good, but not the quality of internet.

I have used Transat Telecom for the last 11 months. I have truly enjoyed their service. They are very quick to respond to calls be it customer service /technical support. There aren't long wait queues when you work with them.The staff are polite and all of their communication by email or on the online profile are easy to understand and precise.During this brief period we were able to upgrade our speed from 50 Mb/s to 150 Mb/s without much hassle.Thanks again Transat for your services. :)

Paid one year in advance and at the last day they want to raise price and remove all promotions even if I pay another year. The product is good.

I've been using Transat Telecom's home Internet for three years and I've never had a problem. Lately, my internet was down for no reason, but I am so surprised by how quickly I got the technical support. Their people are so professional, so easy to talk about, that they actually take the time to solve the problem. Thank you Transat for your services.

Great service for home use. I live alone and the connection is great for me. What I like is that their technical support is very easy to access and the tech support workers always fix the issue very easily. I have never had to wait over 5 mins to receive support.

I used Transat Telecom for 3 months. But unfortunately I decided to change a company cause Transat Telecom doesn't have mobile internet the main reason, I truly appreciate it. They are very quick to respond to calls be it customer service /technical support.
