I could only get low speeds outside of town, but the internet service has been so reliable and consistent for the last 5 years I’ve been living here. I recently had the modem fail and I was able to receive a new one on a Saturday afternoon when they weren’t even supposed to be open. Excellent customer service. If I didn’t just receive Starlink, I would have remained with them forever. Thanks.

Great internet service. Their new plans are very price competitive and they utilize the Fiber network. So awesome work is being done by this local ISP. When brown outs occur in the area, BT is back up really quick. TV plan is is just regular but everything I do is Internet so doesn't affect me. Thank you for being awesome.

We were in need of an additional telephone jack in my elderly mom's home, to have her Lifeline unit positioned closer to her bedroom.An appointment was available within a couple of days, and Cole, the attending technician, was just WONDERFUL with my mom. We had the existing telephone wire taped to her floor to prevent a trip hazard, and after installing the new jack, he removed the old tape and wire, and repositioned the Lifeline unit where we wanted it. Above and beyond, Cole, and we thank you so much for the care you provided.

I Thank them for wonderful internet service. Never had any interruptions. I had work from home. Never had to call them. Once self installed it’s a go and worked uninterrupted for one year.

Have had many issues with the tv service, too many to list. Have made many calls to tech support, have had to replace many set top boxes and have had techs here at my house. Matt is great, does his best to fix issues but, somewhere , somehow they continue. Over all, am not happy with the service provided.

went in to upgrade my WiFi at home. service in the Port Elgin office (Zhiping?)was excellent. they knew the product and knew exactly what i needed and what package to buy. The service guy (Doug?) was excellent too. Checked everything out and was very knowledgeable. Called to follow up and confirm they had upgraded.

Service service service, recently bought cell service from Bruce Telecom, Bruce resells Bell, bonus you never have to deal with the horrible Bell service team, you get to deal with Bruce. Thanks Kayla you rock !!!

Had a problem with internet extender. They just took the modem back. It never worked correctly. Charged $60 by them to plug it in. Engineer told my wife at time it’s never going to work anyway. We just need to use wifi when sitting 5 feet from house. No big deal. No offer to sort issue. Ask what the problem is or anything. Just yeah thanks close the door behind you attitude. Been with bmts for 13 years. I dread going in there.

This location in Port Elgin is fast and friendly. I've been in here twice now and everything is ready to go when I arrive. The internet speed has been pretty bad lately. I'm paying for 15Mbps down and only getting 5.8Mbps.
