Best ice coffee and food out of all the other tims 5 starsEdit: never had issues with the ice coffees before, this was my go to until today. Ice coffee tasted like pure cream and i couldn't stomach it. Went back, lady manpreet said that that's how it comes and that i should ask for less cream next time. I dont know if yall changed your machines but they never used to be this creamy.

I went and ordered 2 wraps. This south east Asian worker served me. I gave the lady a 1$ tip. She didn't give me a bag for my wrap, nor thank you or hi. The wraps were all broken. I just hope the chicken was cooked because it was cold and the cheese slice was still cold solid like if out of the fridge. This Tim Horton joint has terrible customer service. Thankfully there's other Tim's around the neighbourhood.

Nice place with friendly staff and customers.Interesting thing happened, when croissant was tasted, it started burning, I let the staff know, they were trying to get it out. They got it out eventually.

Sure they made it look nice with renovations, but the service is atrocious.Was charged for things they later told us they didn’t have, getting the refunds was a hassle and the manager (June 11, 2:00pm)I will never be returning here ever again.

The service and hospitality was amazing. Our car was stolen while on vacation and we had to call the police. We waited for the police at this location with two young kids. The manager noticed and was so kind and hospitable. I was very grateful

Went to this Tim Hortons at 7pm. Asked the server for a no sugar and less ice iced coffee and the server did not acknowledge my request so I had to repeat it just in case but that was met with no response. The service was quick, but she added too much cream and I was forced to ask for another one. She seemed annoyed and gave me the same thing, with too much cream. I can’t even taste the coffee. Won’t be coming back to this place again.

I found the response time so slow it felt like they were ignoring you. A customer had to ask tyem wipe a table.
