theater. Was able to get my son's name embroidered on a stocking I bought elsewhere. They did it in 15 minutes for under $15. Full retail pricing on stuff they sell but they did have a good selection of teams and sizes ready to go.

Went to lids (hat only store) and the staff were all super friendly! There was a small mishap with the embroidery but Jarek was super helpful and quickly fixed it for us at no charge! 10/10 customer service!!

Awful, experience. I was very unaware of how much defective product they put back in the shelf ( as the guy working replaced the tags and said it happens all the time)Stitched Jersey letters coming off. They threw it back up after I returned it! Who’s gonna pay $200 plus for that ! that’s fraud!! I’d avoid buying from this store!

Dont buy a Jersey at the locker room in white oaks. We bought a Jersy here as a gift, the stitching was falling out on the back of it, went to return it within 7 days. The employee tried to tell us that they do not normally take back Jersys if the tags are not on it because they cant sell it to someone else. I asked him why they would want to sell defective product to someone else and he said it happens all the time

I went here on Friday and Jarek 439559 helped me out, not only was he amazing he was super friendly and I was over the moon excited about my personalized purchase for my husband and my kids. I go to Lids often and I didn't even know that I could be a member and he signed me up and walked me through everything. This gentlemen was amazing and I hope you know how lucky you are to have someone that offers such stellar customer service. I am from Hamilton but I would shop at this location ANYTIME. Amazing hat selection, mostly for sports teams but a wide selection from which to choose. You can sometimes find great prices on older past season hats. Always come back for more and sometimes customized purchases. Well worth a visit and a purchase or two.

Very ignorant staff member working today. I fully understand people have opinions of sports teams, But when I get told rudely that I've got an interesting term for a bad team...I tell him your about to lose a sale. He shrugs and says I don't make commission. Very poor customer service. If he is working next time I go in, I won't.

Watch and read your receipts! My receipt shows they charged me 10 dollars more for a cup than what the price said on the sticker! Who knows how many times this happens and who is pocketing this money.. @lidscanada

I don't usually shop in stores like this, but was looking for a Christmas present for someone. I found the clerk very helpful and accommodating and found the perfect gift because of him. Licensed wear is a bit expensive, but that is true everywhere and not really their fault. The fact that the item was on sale helped greatly.
