Our experience was very poor with this company. Our experience follows.1st: They came and measured which was fine.2nd: Dates were set a few times for them to come install the glass and no one showed.3rd: The team showed up to install the glass and did not have a long enough ladder despite coming to measure the window previously. They used our ladder.4th: Installation went quick except the glass came scratched or they scratched it while installing it. The team was about to leave, and no one even mentioned the scratch. I had to say something to them, and they stated they would let their boss know. shortly after they requested payment which we declined due to scratch.Note: They did offer us a discount on the scratched window, but it was not something we were willing to pay for as the scratch was in the middle of the window.5th: Setting up another appointment for them to replace the glass again was met with the same disappointment. Several dates agreed upon with no team showing up.6th: Once the window was in their only concern was getting paid and not any mention of if we were happy with the install.There was little remorse and there was also no offer for a discount despite the extremely poor experience. Not only did we pay full price it also costed our family more money as I was unable to pick up extra shifts as I sat at home waiting for them to show up several times when no one did.I highly recommend finding another solution for your glass needs.

The initial interview and measurements went well, the quote and deliverable time target was easy to agree to. Nikko installed the replacement window very satisfactorily. On behalf of my parents, I did some research into glass companies to replace the fogged-up glass in 4 of my parent's windows (2 of which were quite large: 60x58). I did some extensive research, and out of 3 estimates, chose Star Tech to do the work: partly because of the reasonable price and mostly because of Niko.Specifically, I dealt with Nico, who was professional, informative, and delivered exactly what was promised. The windows were ready for installation ahead of his estimate (2 weeks), but per my parent's request Niko kindly waited until after the xmas trees were taken down (since 2 of the windows where directly in front of the trees) to complete the installation.In the end, the installation went as smooth as glass (pun intended...lol), and my parents could not be happier how it all turned out. I would highly recommend Niko and Star Tech to anyone who is looking for some great, local glass service. Great job guys! ... :)
