As I was shopping for holiday deals to replace my grandfathered deal, I stumbled upon Marvin's ad and just gave him a ring. I never thought that I would ever join one of the big 3 phone plans, but Marvin easily found me the best plan with the best perks and the least amount of money. He found me an amazing plan and phone with great reception and ultra fast LTE which I needed. Marvin it is by far the best employee from Telus/Koodo i even encounter. He managed to give me an unbeatable offer within hours. He managed to port my number from my previous carrier to Telus/Koodo within 5 minutes over the phone. That's crazy over the phone!. He was by far the most professional person I've ever meet in the phone industry. I just had to send them some documents over the mail and boom within minutes i managed to pull the best offer i ever had since I moved to Canada.I strongly recommend this guy!. If you want to find the best deals in town look for Marvin. He will find the top offers!.Thanks you man! You make me save 500$ per year on phone plan!

Faizan at this store is a great guy. Faizan helped me select a plan than catered my needs. I realized that I was paying around 25$ extra each month with my existing service provider (existing plan had some additional features which I was never using) and Faizan helped in finding a cheaper deal that would suit my requirements. The transfer process was done in almost 25 minutes and was super smooth.

Wow - Grinch spiritrep tried her best to not help me.I asked about my account three times and she couldn't tell me if I could upgrade or not. Than Told me not to upgrade and just go to tech guys.... Corporate needs to check this kiosk out. Your sending away customers and hiring staff who are not qualified or knowledgeableNever going back.Been with Koodo over 5yrs this has never happened.Avoid this location

Marvin is a super professional and really goes above and beyond. Called him to reduce my wife’s data plans and ended up saving $40 dollars a month. He’s super responsive, extremely respectful and very knowledgeable. 100% recommend to anyone.
