Went in looking for a very specific ink for a unique applucation. The staff were wonderful solved my problem. Its great for art supplies

Reasonably well equipped store with easy access close to the Metro. Exit lines can be a bit long and slow. Good selection of ready-made frames.

An easy going and down to earth atmosphere. Quite calm with unique levels of creative expression on display. Amiable staff and affordable prices to fit your artistic desires.

I got what I needed there but i feel the stuff are a bit on the expensive side. Also it would be nice to have shop attendants assist not just direct you to a place. Also they should quickly restock their stuff. Overall I think they've got a large variety of items there. Thanks.

Nice place for frames and paint gear

Good store with a lot of products to meet the demands of the artistic brethren. I'm taking off 2 stars for 2 reasons.1. The timing of this store is too weird. it closes at 5 PM. After a full day of work, it feels like a race against time to get into the store before it closes for the day. So many times I had to leave without getting a chance to get in, because it was almost 5PM, and a few people were already queued up outside to get in. Walking all the way to the store gone to waste. There are other locations too that is open till 6, but that's too far. Decided to go local as its not worth the trouble to come back empty-handed.2. The staff can be, at times, dismissive and downright rude. I wanted to ask about the framing cost of one of my 40 inches x 30 inches painting, since I was already in the store and the framing section was absolutely empty. The lady behind the counter refused to talk, instead pointed at a sign which said to take an appointment and then come. I understand the appointment part, and appreciate it when it is crowded, but I don't think such dismissive behaviour was necessary when all she was doing was laughing and tapping away at her mobile phone. I went well within their business hours as well. Taking an appointment, going all the way back just to ask the price, well, I'd take a chance and go elsewhere to people who appreciate business. Thank you.

The choices in materials are quite good, but it sucks that it's the only chain in town for arts supplies. Some competition could help the prices.

Went to inquire about making frames. We asked several times for an approximate cost for a complete framing (matte and glass included) before taking an appointment, and she assured us we could make one for 150$. We get there today, turns out it would cost 360$+. Apparently she didn’t get that we didn’t want JUST the framing. Wasted over an hour of our time.(Response from the owner" is an automated message. This just made me decrease my review to 1 star

Loved this store! The staff are very helpful. I had a great time leisurely browsing through their art and craft collection. Bought decoupage paper, tie and dye sets, stencils, macrame diy set and aida cloth for cross stitch.

It's a nice friendly place to visit and shop.Large availability of your needed items, and reasonable prices.I found the staff polite and they offer a decent level of quality.
