Yoga With Kate
I have been practicing yoga with Kate for the last 2 years. Kate is one of the kindest souls I have met in my life. Her natural ability to make one feel safe and at home helped me to challenge myself and continue practicing yoga. Kate always says that we should live our yoga and she is a great example of that herself!!! She has an exceptional lens of combining yoga and Ayurvedic practices which makes it more holistic with her classes. She has been a lighthouse for me in my healing and self realization journey!! I practice online with her which has helped me incorporate yogic and ayurvedic principles in my day to day life for holistic well being and roaring health!

Kate's classes are wonderful. So glad I found her online classes.Love her focus on breath work and gentle movement. A restorative and strength focused yoga experience. Highly recommend

Yoga With Kate
I had an awesome experience Sunday morning joining the Fascial Yin yoga class with Kate Ryan @yogawithkate. Left the CCP clinic feeling great. Kate is a highly experienced yoga instructor. It really shows how much she cares about her students as she guides you through your yoga practice. She is patient, kind and supportive. Kate is truly a yoga gem.
