Val is super supportive and the other teachers are full of energy and willing to help.The studio it's self is super clean and adorable.If you have ever wanted to try pole fitness I strongly recommend studio 409.

Excellent studio and the prof is awesome. Valerie is a great teacher, she explains very well, breaks down every movement, never compromises on technique, pays attention to every student. And she teaches with lots of love, humour, smile. It is fun and everyone feels welcome, encouraged and supported. Highly recommend to everyone.

What sets Studio409 apart from other pole fitness centers is the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the classes. Valerie is an incredibly attentive and supportive teacher who takes her time in making each student feel welcome and at ease.Although I started to feel stronger after just a few classes, the most noticeable change I saw was in my self confidence. I think the change truly comes down to the supportive environment created by Valerie and the other students, which allowed me to truly appreciate my body and what it's capable of.Really all this to say I cannot stress enough how much I recommend Studio409!

I would say this is the best pole studio in Montréal. Valerie Blain, the owner is so nice, helpful & patient! I went to a different pole studio & they don’t help you learn the techniques as much as Valerie does! The price are affordable. Overall, its an excellent pole studio & they are very open & a safe spot for anyone. I would recommend 1000%

Studio 409 is the most welcoming and inclusive studio I've had the chance to visit. Val is an amazing teacher who really takes the time to make sure you understand a new movement. The ambiance is unmatched.

I absolutely love this place. Valérie is an amazing teacher with so much talent and willingness to teach, Amelie her assistant teacher is also amazing. I started with the test class and got hooked! It’s very challenging but so much fun and the vibe is amazing. I love the body positivity, the encouragement and on top of that it has contributed positively to my mental health. With that being said I strongly recommend this place!

I went there for a bachelorette party and really, Marie-France made the class fun & easy. Always there to help for all of who are new to pole fitness. I highly recommand their sudio.

Love the vibe and energy in Valerie's class!To be honest I went to a studio in downtown first and it didn't make me fall in love with pole dance. I decided to give it another try in studio 409 and I am in love. Valerie is very sweet and encouraging. She is the kind of teacher that remembers everyone's name and stories because she cares a lot about her students. She also makes me feel so good about myself. If you are looking for a pole studio, I highly recommend studio 409!
