Holiday Inn & Suites Grande Prairie-Conference Ctr, an IHG Hotel
Very disappointed in my stay here. The hotel is definitely catered more to large events and not individual stays. It was a ridiculous price, $185 for a two queen bed room and NO continental breakfast. Thats pretty standard at most upscale hotels and im disappointed i wasnt made aware of this or different prices. There also is only one central staircase so if your room is at the very end your walking farther and the gym could have had more equipment.

Terrible hospitalityThey were aware I was working night shift and insisted on pounding on my door until I woke mid afternoon due to Mis communication.No apology and I opted to check out at that point!It was 3 in the afternoon and they double charged me when the fault was theirsWill never stay at this hotel again and aim to talk to management! Very upsetting!Trying to speak about the charge on my credit card and new reimbursed but, was hung up on.
