Payne Ave Laundromat

First timer here. I was staying at a nearby hotel and was in need of a laundromat at a later hour than usual. I did a quick Google search and found this quaint little 24-hour laundromat that was just prefect for what I needed. I'm disabled and it was small enough that I could go from end to end without too much trouble but large enough for about 6 of us to do laundry and still have machines left over. Their laundry carts rolled with so much ease, the detergent and dryer sheets were very reasonably priced and both change machines worked splendidly. They had two 8' sturdy benches and two long banquet tables to do your folding on. They had snacks and drinks available as well. I couldn't find the pass code to the free wifi though which was a little disappointing but my service worked just fine. I highly recommend this place. I am a single female and was traveling alone to an unknown laundromat in an unfamiliar area. I was so very pleasantly surprised that this little place was lit up and I have never felt safer at any other laundromat and that was in the daylight. Also, they had TV on with captions so you could follow along if you couldn't hear it over the machines. If you ever need to get your stuff washed and/or dried this is the place to do it.

This is definitely a cute little laundromat. I usually go somewhere else that is a few minutes closer to where I live but I wanted to check out something different. There's no bathroom, and a few of the dryers are OOO at the moment. Otherwise, the machines are VERY fairly priced (half the cost of the other laundromat I frequent, which is a plus). Despite some of the machines needing repairs and no bathroom on site, I would come back just because the prices are so affordable. Nice big washers, too. Vending machines are also a plus for anyone who stays on site like I do.

I haven't had to go to a laundry mat in over 20 years. I recently moved to Niagara Falls. I tried several places in NF and didn't really care for any of them. I did a Google search and found this one. It is very nice and clean and well worth the 7 mile drive. It wasn't busy even though it was 2pm on a Saturday. Which is good because it's a small place. I was able to do 2 loads for the price of 1 elsewhere. It's my new place for doing laundry.

Unfortunately my dryer took a poop and my First time here and it is lovely!! Very clean and nice atmosphere! The surrounding area is very nice and safe. Plus open 24/7! Love that it doesn't cost a fortune!! May be just a laundromat" to some

Love the large washers and the fair prices but hate waiting for the dryers and half of them are always broken. Sadly I work 6-7 days a week and need some place that is a little more reliable.

Best laundry mat I've been to in western NY area

Clean, newer machines, brand new dryers, cheaper than most laundromats and best in the area.

Hottest dryers around. For a smaller space i haven't seen it crowded. In the past I've always just used the dryers, but last time i used their smaller washing machines and i was very disappointed. One load was not wrung out fully and i had to re wash it.

The facility is clean and well kept, pricing is beyond reasonable.Edit: Thank you to the owners for keeping our neighborhood laundromat safe for everyone. I've updated my review and eternally greatful for the prompt response.

The top loaders are cheap, $1.50. Or you can choose an expensive front loader for $5 and nothing in between. No bathroom. Didn't have a problem finding a functioning machine.
