High Life was fast, professional and helped us choose a new AC unit when our original Carrier unit died. They were fast, helpful, responsive and much cheaper and faster than another quote we received. Thank you, High Life! We have recommended them to all our neighbours and won't hesitate to use them, again.

My gas furnace died on Sunday and called Highlife (but they close on Sunday). They call me back at 9:01am Monday morning, provided a very good price for the replacement and offered to send someone in the afternoon. Two guys show up, lay out floor protection and very carefully moved the new furnace to the basement and removed the old furnace. The total time for the installation is about 90 to 120 minutes. They checked everything to make sure that all related equipment are working before they left. One thing very impressive is there are absolutely no garbage left. almost spotless!Amazing services from ordering to installation. I can feel the warm again

I would give it a negative point. It is such a terrible experience with this company which does not respect their customers.I was given the date/time Monday Nov 7, 2022 10am-1pm for furnace turnup for my rental property in Newmarket. On Sunday Nov 6 at 3:30pm Shawn Ge called and wanted to come at 5pm on Nov 6 instead Monday, I said I was in Scarborough and no way I could go to Newmarket in this last minute notice.. He then said Tuesday at 5pm, I again could not due to my other plan. He said he could only make 5pm Monday then. He has his problems so did I. He said he would arrange with his company, so I sticked with my original appointment Nov 7 10am-1pm.On Nov 7, 9:30am Anna from High Life called while I was already driving from Markham to Newmarket, they need to change the schedule to 2-5pm. It was such a last minute change. I keep asking if they can arrange another technician who can make 10-1pm as my tenant also need to take a day off to accommodate the original appointment. Since we could not compromise I then canceled the appointment but Anna called again, apologized and offered $10 off and promised the technician would come around 2pm. At 2:30pm, I checked with Anna again, she said the technician was on the way and should be there very soon. I waited till 3:30pm and left. Shawn finally called me at 4:30pm but did not leave a message. In short, it does not matter what time they promised, they only show up at their own schedule. If they can't make the appointment please tell me in advance, not the very day. We all have our own schedules please respect your promise.Today, Nov 8 I was very upset and asked for the manager's name and wanted to talk to him/her about the situation. Anna said the manager was not in yet. I asked for the name again. She seems having problem with that. After couple minutes, Mark Yeung , the manager or owner finally was on the phone with me. He said he was beside Anna and knew about the situation. So, he was not away, what a lie that Anna said he was away. He just tried to avoid talking to me. He was very arrogant and said if the customer could not accommodate to their schedule, so be it and go find another company. I was extremely disappointed with his attitude and his professionalism. Please stay away with this selfish company which does not keep promise to their schedule and not considering the customer's situations. It has no hearts. I will never deal with this terrible company. I wasted many hours with them, sigh.

Poor service workmanshipMy furnace required replacement of an inducing motor. The technician literally spend 3-4 minutes on the $250 installation and left before even confirming the furnace is producing heat. The exhaust pipe flange was removed during the rush job and never put back properly as one of the four screws is missing and others not tightened. Customer service were no help when I asked if I should be concerned about this condition. Even more concerning is the work that was done inside the furnace judging by what was visible outside. Still waiting for the technician to come back to finish what they were paid for in full.

Got a new Carrier furnace and heat pump installed. By far this was the best HVAC experience I've ever had. Quotation was simple and competitive. Mark explained the many options in regards to the Gov Rebate. Sina and Yao did the installation. They were courteous and really looked after the small details. The work was explained prior and after install. I really appreciated the extra time they took to help me understand everything as HVAC is not common knowledge. Thanks again High Life!

Mark Yeung (owner) was extremely helpful as our air conditioner stopped working in the middle of Summer.He talked about the best options for the size of our house and price range.The next day his team came in and installed a new air conditioner. They were very friendly considering we had two dogs and a house full of kids.That night the air conditioner stopped working I called Mark and he sent someone to repair it right away. Like woah service!!From start to finish I was really impressed with the service I received and the installation and air conditioner didnt costs $$$$ compared to all the other quotes I had (oh and I shopped around).Months later and our air conditioner is working perfectly! Highly recommend!
