Great parts availability, service and quick shipping, even for older cars! I ordered some parts at very reasonable prices for my e39 and they arrived at the store the next day ready for me to pick up. The store front has been improved with multiple products in stock and tasteful BMW/Merc decor and paraphernalia.

Everyone at Exoparts is supremely knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with. Any issues we've had have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. It can sometimes be a little hard to reach them over the phone since they're so busy -- but emails are responded to very promptly! Much prefer these guys over the dealers.

I always go to Exoparts when I need a BMW part for my E36 that I would otherwise be going to the dealership for. They're always quick to respond, Bryan and Sean are super helpful, very knowledgeable. Most parts show up the next day, which is perfect when I'm trying to get my car back on the road as fast as possible. I'll definitely continue to be a very happy customer of Exo for years to come! There is always a need to appreciate and highlight local vendors like Exoparts. I think we don't give them enough credit for the great work they do, when all other options fail. I was searching hopelessly through eBay and other applications for very specific parts for my S63 AMG - most of the parts from MB were not in stock and i was looking at wait times of anywhere between 2-6 weeks from Germany.I called Exoparts as the last resort with not much hope, after all other shops in the GTA told me the same thing, but these guys worked their magic and got me these parts in 2 DAYS! NO kidding, legitimately 2 days. I was very surprised to hear this, but they made it happen. I'm so happy I called them before ordering through MB.Sean and Bryan are super helpful, the process was straightforward, they showed me all the parts diagram, so I knew what I was ordering.I had alot of question about some other parts, and the team there was super patient and answered all of my inquiries to the best of their knowledge. I totally recommend these guys, if anyone is having issues sourcing parts for their vehicles.Once again, thank you so much for all your help Team Exoparts.

Every review on here on spot on the defective parts and warranty. Sold us a non working Valvebody for mercedes and not willing to refund us the money. We spend hours and hours thinking it was in the programming but that is not a case. Bought another one, swap it in and program the car and down the road she goes. We are not interested in exchange. Look like they rebuild these valvebody, I would stay clear from the valvebody for mercedes

Amazing, simply amazing. I work on older Mercedes, and of the $10k or so in parts I have requested I think only 2-3 parts were not available. Searching online I found many of the part numbers were NLA from dealers in the USA. Sean was able to get them, how I have no idea but very happy. I deal with them remotely, shipping is always fast and cheap within Ontario. No mistakes, the correct part always comes. The pricing is great and better service then I ever got going to a dealership parts counter. They did honor warranty on a trim part that arrived with blemishes, they work hard and have a high standard of service. Thank you guys, keep it up! If you need dealer parts or having a hard time finding the parts, this is THE place.

Stay away from this company specially this guy Sean Lowry , ordered the BMW light, didn't mention it's just the shell not the complete light. what kind of sales person he is not mentioning about the product and blamed us for not asking, we are spending over $2000 for the shell, he should have mentioned it.After enquiring about modules and stuff, customer didn't want to spend more money, THE CUSTOMER HAS THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE. we explained this to Sean Lowry, his attitude completely changed started threating us he asked me for CUSTOMER's phone and VIN number which I refused to provide, he said he would call some CANADIAN PARTS ASSOSIATION" and they will put a $2000 lien on his car and he won't be able to sell his car. How dare you threat someone just because he didn't buy your product..i hope some sensible person from the company get rid of this guy ASAP.."

Rude, lying. Never again.I cannot reply but I'll do it this way. And when did I told you I don't know how to use email?? And still your reply is full of lies no wonder people is giving you bad reviews. Unfortunately you will lie and try to scam more people but I hope my review is gonna help someone at least.
