I have had 3 or 4 different people work on my computers through the years. The computer repair and the in-home service is excellent.However, the Team Lead/Store Manager, Chris Thornhill whom I have interacted with this last week is less than satisfactory, no call back with special back order products when they come in, attitude, reluctance to deal with multiple problems, poor sales skills, and no follow up with appointments to return my repaired computer.If the rest of the staff were not so good and accommodating, I would change companies.

The owner has no ability to start or to continue this business. Further; manager needs some university classes for communication and how to raport with customers. Hey Manager! Your earned my review and you know now what you have earned!

Said I was interested in purchasing multiple laptops for our small business a few weeks ago. Went there today as one of out laptop recently crashed. Spent $58 for them to tell me my laptop was broken and they could not fix it. When I asked what exactly they could only provide a receipt that said a diagnostic was ran, and an incomplete sentence of the potential issues. Sales clerk was horrible. Just issued me to pay and then walked away. Will actively recommend to other business to stay away from here moving forward.

Bad customer service, rude. Sales person was being smart A**. They were not being professional.

Excellent customer service. I had an issue with my mac that they could not complete due to equipment availability and rather than give me the run around I was referred to an company that took good care of me. You dont see that too often but its nice to see some camaraderie.

The employees are very friendly, helpful, and informative. Yes, at times they may seem annoyed or cranky, but I can't blame them. Especially, with COVID-19 going around, yeah I'd be annoyed or cranky as well.

These guys don't 'suck man'. If you're going to complain, don't bring your machine at a repair shop. If they ask for a can of air, you pay for it. Why? In case you have the lack of common sense, I'll tell you. Your machine was probably overflood with dust because its owner (You) was writing a sensless review on here rather cleaning it. If they ask for something, it's for a good cause. Don't expect people to get an understanding off your review, because you're basically complaining you could have done better, without realising you shouldn't have brought the machine in the first place. I'm a satisfied customer, and they have fixed my PC multiple times under trustworthy hands. PS, at least have the decency to fix your grammar before posting.

Highly recommend Ashley and her team at GBS for all of your mobility needs. Can't access any info from website. Don't know if you sell refurbished or just new or are you just repair. Seems to me that your website would be mega user friendly.. Maybe you are targeting the tech savvy, money to spend demographic. I just need a economically priced used notebook for a time. Will try somewhere else! Thanks anyway ...
