It was Christmas Eve and we had just moved into our house a few days prior. Late at night on the 23rd we suddenly had NO water (we are on well water). Spent the night leaving messages with 9 different plumbers and well drillers and no one responded. Early the morning of the 24th I finally called Moncton Plumbing and to my surprise, someone answered right away! They had a plumber (Mark) at my house within an hour. We were quite stressed by then and worried about not having water through Christmas but he assured me that he would not leave until I had water. Even though he was supposed to be done early that day for the holidays, he stayed until he got our water running and basically saved our Christmas!! Not only was he knowledgeable and professional but the prices were very reasonable!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND MONCTON PLUMBING!!!!

Called for a cracked 3” pipe in my concrete basement floor. Plumber is on time but comes without jackhammer. 1 hr later he is back start the job. Fixing it in 2 hrs. Great so far and no problems. Company bills me for 3 hrs job. (Included the trip to the warehouse to get the jackhammer) Called the company and explained this is not fair. Then the bill got adjusted (minus 1 hr) but I got told to pay additional rent for using the jackhammer. Almost same as the plumber hourly rate.. I would not recommend this business and never call them again.

Melissa Irving-Budd and her assistant Liam did a great job. They were polite, professional and told me exactly what they were doing. We are happy. We recommend Moncton Plumbing.

Overcharged. Dishonest plumber. Job done for 1 hour and 40 minutes. Charged me for 3 hours. My mistakes I just signed the work order. Not going to call them again for service.

We scheduled an appointment to get our tub fixed and when the day of the appointment came, they tried to get us to show up not at the Scheduled time. When my girl friend told them we were both working and couldn’t let them in until the scheduled time she was yelled at and told their guys aren’t going to wait around for her. She responded with never mind I will find someone else and was hung up on. Very unprofessional to say the least.

Excellent service. Was very good at explaining what was wrong in layman's terms. Very helpful in offering references for other services needed to fix our problem. Would highly recommend them

Your plumber change my submertible pump from my well, Your main drive and his partner was excellent. They were excellent and very friendly and organize. We will call again. The bill was not excessive.Thank you

Two different jobs...both plumbers that showed up were knowledgeable...and one went out of his way to accommodate my work timing. No need to go anywhere else in my opinion

I had a sewer back up a night and I called their emergency service.They arrived within 30 minutes and fixed my issue, the plumber was very fair and very honest, I appreciated him giving me tips to avoid similar issues.

Despite being recommended by another commercial property owner, I found this company to be unresponsive and unprofessional. They simply ghosted us even after setting up a call back date. My recommendation: save yourself some time and call the next plumber on the list.
