I am just finishing up my first build, and it all started with Franco. I am a novice and found him working in the neighborhood, he came by walkrd me through what we got to do in terms of demolishing and excavation. At this stage you learn that there was a handful of people that are amazing to work with, and Franco is certainly one of them. He was punctual, friendly, professional and a one of the most hard working guys I had the pleasure to work with. Made it hassle free, communicated with the following trades to make sure everybody is happy and ready for the next stages, got me the locates and made my life easy for his part. Would definitely not just recommend, would only work with him moving forward with any upcoming projects that I may have.
