Access Storage - Moose Jaw

If I could give you a zero rating I would. Not very impressed with this company. My dad and I have a unit at the moose jaw location and 4 days ago they found out that one of their customers units had been robbed. Not once since the incident did they try to contact me or my dad. I had to see an article posted on a Facebook page. So I immediately went to check the unit and low and behold I can't get into the gate as they changed the code. Again no communication. Had to call and then get some guy in Toronto who does not have a clue what is going on. So not impressed with your lack of respect you have for your customers and their belongings. May just have to find another storage place with better security and management that have RESPECT for their customers and their precious belongings!

Good lockers, decent security and pretty good prices. The only thing they could improve is their systems. We paid for an additional 2 months in August and the system and receipt said we were paid up until August 15th of the same month and the person at the counter didn't know how to fix it.

Easy to access, friendly staff, great customer service. only complain I have is the road was bad, pretty best up, and was hard to not damages your car as it was bumpy and wavy. I had a low-lying car so pretty much the road has been out of shape and it hit the bottom of my car so it's off the group 8-13 inches.Satisfied overall but the conditions of the road to access the storage needs to be fixed.

We are currently making a big move from Alberta to Moosejaw when at the last minute we decided to bring a load of stuff to put in storage while we were house hunting. The staff were wonderfully helpful and we even set everything up while we were in transit. I can’t put into words how grateful we are for their knowledge and assistance.We highly recommend Access Storage

Too pricey for such small storage spaces. Indirect referral system... Questionable security system... GREAT Customer service. Good condition buildings! Needs more cameras.

Had a great experience only needed them for a month due to moving. Got in on their deal, great customer service the girl I got was really awesome. Walked me through everything including how to work the system to get into your unit. Highly highly recommend. I'd pay full price to be with these guys again ❤️

We had all our stuff stolen, they did nothing to help us we had insurance but they would give us the run around with different number. I would never recommend them.

Great Storage so far. Only been with them for a month. But they are friendly and accommodating.The only thing that is unfortunate is their storages go very quickly and you cannot hold them in advance without paying for the entire storage locker to guarantee. — We needed a larger locker for December, but we wanted to hold 1-2months in advance to make sure we have a big enough storage for our furniture. December rolls around and I went to order and all they had was a 5X5.Also, the storages are not as clean as I hoped for. I had to bring our broom, mop, and cleaning wipes for the floors and walls to make sure our stuff didn’t get ruined. Especially during COVID, definitely Access Storage could put more effort and time in cleaning the lockers. However, they are definitely one of cleaner storage lockers that I have seen which is good.

I am really pleased with my decision to go with Access Storage. I did phone other storage businesses to cost compare.The entire experience was easy. I enjoyed the professionalism and care that the staff provided me. I wasn't rushed at all. Holly Kirk took the time to meet all my storage needs and gave me options for my future storage needs.I highly recommend ACCESS STORAGE.

Staff very helpful. Very good security. Asphalt adjacent to some of the units is in very bad shape needs repairing quickly because it is dangerous for auto suspensions.
