Beechwood Forest Medical Centre

After being out of the country for almost 2 years, and having gone through Covit 19, Pheumonia, and Fibrosis, Dr. King was there for me to help regain my health. He asked for all related tests, blood work, X rays, CT scan and anything needed to make sure I am back to my normal health. Thank you Dr. Jeff King for all your care and attention. You are a great physician.

My mother has been suffering from health problems for several years. She has had knee surgery on one leg, and now her other leg is starting to affect her as well, and Dr. King has done absolutely NOTHING to help her long term. He just wants to throw pills and medications at people, and force them to continue to work and suffer with their condition - I have never seen such a stubborn doctor who lacks compassion for his hard working patient whom he has been seeing for 30 plus years!

Dr King is awesome. He has been my family doctor my whole life. But it's the age of technology and I can't believe the phone system is still in the 90s. Please put the effort in to add multiple lines and put people on hold AT LEAST instead of blatantly hanging up if the line is busy. You'd really knock my socks off if you created a website with booking online.Will update my review once this is fixed.

Dr Ay-ling Wang has been my family’s physician for 30 years.

Highly not recommended.This office doesn't even have a computer at the reception desk.No signage to indicate hours of operation.No signage to indicate closed during the lunch hour.Service was horrendous and slow, most likely because the office is still using a system pre 1990'sMy doctor (not to name names) was completely dismissive of any concerns. I changed doctors when I moved to Toronto, needless to say my concerns were actually an issue and required treatment.

One star for literally the phone is ALWAYS busy ! You NEVER GET THROUGH! Terrible and needs to change .

The staff are amazing kind and helpful...Extremely hard working. Dr. King is great, trys everything before the next step. He is very thorough and calculated..

There's no way to find out when they close early either. All I want is to pass along information about a referral and they've closed more than an hour early. If I could leave a message, that'd save time too. The doctors themselves are fine but the way the clinic runs is frustrating.I'm tired of calling a doctor's office with three doctors and one phone line. I waste hours trying to get through just to be hung up on because when they finally picked up it was too close to close. That's not my fault and there was at least five minutes left until things close. Get another phone line. I waste hours trying to make an appointment or get information which makes me avoid accessing care which makes it all worse. If there was literally anywhere else to go for a family doctor I would because I'm tired of this aggravation.
