On the Cliff Bed & Breakfast

It seems a bit out of the way, but I would highly recommend this place. Vicki and Bob do everything to make your visit as pleasant as possible. The views over Georgian Bay are very nice and the B&B is only a few steps from the Bruce Trail around Lion's Head if you want some exercise. Breakfast is very tasty and creative. If I was to nit-pick, the drapes allow light through in the mornings, so if you like to sleep in a dark room then take a sleep mask, and it was a bit of a challenge for me to charge camera, watch, phone and laptop all at the same time - more accessible outlets would help - but that was very minor and I managed a comfortable stay nonetheless.

Everything was perfect!The room was immaculate and welcoming, it had everything we might possibly need (i.e., Wifi, snacks and even slippers) - the attention to detail was impressive.The common areas were really nice as well, with plenty of comfortable spaces for relaxation or to admire the beautiful view.The location is great, quiet with some great hiking trails while close enough to Tobermory that we could make it there in the morning for a full day of activities.Breakfast was delicious, and having it on the patio was a wonderful way to start the day.Vicky and Bob are wonderful hosts, I would highly recommend visiting.p.s, the restaurants in the area close pretty early so take that under account when planning your meals

If you are looking to enjoy a trip up the Bruce Peninsula please consider staying at this B&B! The views and accommodations are stunning. Very clean and new. Bob and Vickie the hosts are amazing and provide great suggestions for activities and day trips.The set up is a B&B so be aware that the space is set up with a common area separate from private rooms. We found this to be no issue and the other guests were very nice.

Had a great weekend stay. Vicki and Bob were amazing hosts and provided lots of great info/recommendations. Beautiful view and even has an outdoor shower! Hoping to make another trip there :)

Perfect place for a romantic getaway. It exceeded our expectations! The breakfasts were amazing and many little details that make the experience unique! Vicky and Bob are excellent hosts! All their recommendations were fantastic! We will definitely be back!

We spent two nights at On the Cliff B&B and it was well worth it. We had access to a BBQ and which was perfect as we were bushed when we arrived. Had a drink by the firepit enjoying after, enjoying the view and garden. Breakfasts were amazing and the room was beautiful and comfy. We slept really well.Vicky suggested reservations at The Taste Kitchen for us which was excellent. We wouldnt have thought to make a reservation but so glad we did as they were not accepting walkins. Great place for a single visitor, couple or two pairs of adults.

Vicky and Bob are sensational hosts. If you are looking for a beautiful home with a patio, fire pit and cliff lookout, this is the spot. Every parent/couple who wants to get away from a busy lifestyle to breathe and relax will love on the cliff. The bedroom is lovely and elegant, and the bathroom is fantastic. Vicky thought of all the little touches. The breakfast blew our breath away - it was different and delicious every day. It is only 40 minutes from Tobermory and 25 min from Sauble beach. We went on a private hike with an Indigenous hiking guide that was 15 min away: great location, great people, great food and a wonderful place to rest.

The most wonderful place to stay! I would highly recommend staying at On the Cliff B&B if you are visiting the Bruce peninsula! Vicky and Bob are absolutely amazing hosts and took the best care of us! Damnnn they make a spectacular breakfast! The views of Georgian Bay are everything you could ever ask for and more. There are several different seating options outside and all of them are fabulous. The b&b is set up as two separate suites with an adjoining common area. We had a lovely time with the other couple who was staying there. Vicky mentioned people will book both rooms and stay with a group of 4 and we will 1000% be returning to do this! You feel the love in every thought out detail of the design! This is truly a gem place to stay at and I have nothing but positive memories! There is just so much to do in the Bruce, so if you can; I would stay as long as possible! We need to go back because there was just too much to do and see. Hands down the best place to stay in the Bruce; I searched far and wide and after staying here I know I found the heart and soul of the Bruce. Book your stay… you will not be disappointed!

We had a fabulous stay at On the Cliff BB! Bob and Vicki were great hosts and the breakfasts were amazing! The setting was beautiful with so many trails and activities near by. Loved it!

Best of the best! Safe, clean, comfortable, peaceful, and beautiful. Vicki and Bob make you feel like family, and provide a delicious multi course breakfast each morning and treats in the evening. We loved eating leftovers on the trails. Read all their comments, no exaggerations, a wonderful place to stay with easy access to multiple key areas of the Bruce peninsula and right next to the Bruce Trail's Lion's Head.
