Good Place Movers Maple Ridge
Very bad experience. Showed up almost 4 hours late, even if saying 30 minutes more each time. Then they found every excuses not to do it. They owner was very disrespectful because I am a woman and also insulted me. They showed with a rented truck from a rental place, not professional at all. Stay away. I had to put 1 star but don’t even deserve it.

This moving company was just fabulous! They made our hectic move from Coquitlam to Maple Ridge feel like a breeze. The movers were so accommodating and especially respectful with our items and home. This is the second time we used this moving company in the last 6 years and once again this time went over and beyond our expectations. I highly recommend this professional and courteous moving company with any type of move, big or small!

Good Place Movers Maple Ridge
1 hour late. 1 worker reeked of alcohol. Other worker stood around and did nothing for 25% of the time. The 2 workers could not figure out who was in charge and bad mouthed each other. Damaged the entrance door. Needs to be replaced. My sofa ended up in wet paint, and is now damaged. Had the audacity to change me for 2 men for 4 hours. Needless to say the amount I received off my bill will not cover my damages.

I highly recommend staying away from these movers. Book with absolutely anyone else and you will be better off. They rescheduled last minute. Showed up 4 hours late. Disrespected every single item. Dropped boxes labeled fragile. Were very impolite and rude. Terrible communication. Overcharged. Do yourself a favor and book anyone else. Seriously, little Jimmy from down the street could do a better job.

Asked for a quote, sent photos of what I needed moved. They emailed me back saying they want to know my 'eject' date before they could send me a quote. I responded ASAP as he requested, said I didn't have one, and that I was practically going off of their availability (as my time frame was pretty loose). They didn't respond for several days so I emailed them back with an arbitrary date, to which they responded to call and book or pay a $100 deposit... no quote.

they promised to come at 10am and then they change it to 2pm, and of course they didn't come at 2pm. I called them and they were laying over and over again. finally they showed up at 4:30pm. they finished the work at 10pm. such a nightmare. then they took us waiting until 11pm to make sure the payment is confirmed. I do not recommend them at all. to be fair the movers were really nice and respectful.

this moving company is just terrible the workers moved my fridge that wasn't supposed to be moved and dumped all my food and ruined my floor so I won't be able to get my damage deposit back but then the owner and his ugly little brother showed up in Nanaimo and expected us to move everything and was very rude and dropped half out stuff in the garage he also ripped us off by 2000 dollars cuz I could have rented a Uhaul if i wanted to do it myself! i hate you ray i hope you missed your ferry

We had a great experience with Good Place Movers Maple Ridge! The guys were fast, efficient and careful with all of our fragile items. Prices are very competitive and we ended up only paying HALF of what we were quoted with other moving companies in the area. Would definitely use them again!
