The clinician was knowledgeable, thorough and professional. However, the “clinic” itself is not professionally set up - it is in an office-share floor of 35 storey building; no signage; no identification anywhere that it is a properly licensed clinic. Also, the form you are asked to fill out asks for all kinds of personal information that is irrelevant to the service - for example, it asks for your health card info, but this is a service that is NOT covered by OHIP. When I objected, the clinician said I didn’t have to fill that in. But for the reassuring feeling I got from the clinician, I was concerned that this “clinic” was part of an identity-theft scheme. I certainly didn’t have any confidence that my personal information would be secure.

Great Location. Poor disorganized service. NO DOCTOR/ only a nurse. First consult was told I required a specific travel vaccine, they did not have it in stock. Asked for an email to confirm the multitudes of recommended vaccines, did not receive. Had to go back to get original vaccine and had to pay another $30 for the visit. Then told not eligible for vaccine. Told I would get a letter of exemption. Took weeks for them to tell me I should go to a travel clinic with a doctor present. Would not give a refund for second visit. Waste of time!! Go elsewhere!!

The booking process and test were really easy, and staff was friendly too. However, I received the results late at 7:30pm instead of said 6pm and with no update or couldn't connect with them till after 6:30pm. Post that, the staff followed up about results as soon as they sent (so that's good).I would suggest anyone who's booking here to have a buffer of atleast 2-3hrs for boarding instead of around 6 pm the next day.

Met with Esther (nurse) June 2023 prior to trip to Africa. Saw me at the appointed time. Excellent, professional, warm service. Addressed all my questions and provided good recommendations.

I was kept wiaing for 15mins becasue the receptionist did not inform the nurse I had arrived. On the plus side, the nurse called me to find out where I was & we got started. The nurse was professional & looked up what I needed & followed up with me to clarify some information she had provided. However, I missed the kind of in-depth knowledge I had experienced in previous vists to the travel Clinic (pre COVID) with Dr. Philip Scappatura at the Toronto Travel Medicine Centre.

While the process at the clinic was very smooth, I had issues getting my results on time. After the test was taken I was asked about the time of my flight, which was at 6pm the next day. The nurse confirmed that I would be getting the results back the next day by 4pm and even said she put a rush order in. However, the next day I didn't receive any results at 4pm. I had to call 3 times and was told that the results will be ready before 6 pm, which obviously is too late to check in for my flight. After several calls I finally received my results at 5pm.Dear management, if you're unable to deliver the results on time, please don't make such promises. It almost cost me my flight.

Being in search for a PCR test to be done last week, I was able to book one very easily at Canadian Travel Clinics in North York. The booking went smoothly and I was very happy I didn't got shut out just because I was not flying anywhere (unlike Shoppers / LifeLabs). I was able to book for the day after and I would get my results the day after that, before 6PM. There is a large parking lot underneath the building where I could easily find a spot. Once you arrive in the lobby, notify security you want to take the elevator up! Otherwise the elevators won't take you - haha. The ladies at the front desk were very sweet and fun and the test was done very thoroughly by a very skilled lady. Within a few seconds we were done and I had to fill out my details and I was out of the office within 3 minutes or so :-). In the email the next day, 30 hours after I've done the test, I got my results. So, yes, I'm very happy with Canadian Travel Clinics!

Great service from well-informed individuals. Needed prompt vaccinations for my trip and they made it very simple. This is a private clinic, so I would just advise anyone interested to look at pricing prior to visiting, as some vaccinations are not cheap. Otherwise, could not recommend more for what was provided.

Prices are 40-50% upcharge and got charged for tetanus which is covered by ohip, wasn’t informed. Better off starting with a physician.
