I called this company to repair a furnace in my garage that wouldn't ignite/fire up.They red tagged it, claiming it was unsafe, then quoted me an estimate for a entire new install, thankfully the second company I hired didn't agree with their opinion and after replacing a defective gas valve put it back into service, always get a second opinion.....

We had Kaitlyn here today to do a disconnect of an old gas stove and hook up a new one ! Kaitlyn was very professional and courteous, just an overall amazing technician ! She is an absolute asset to your company and we Highly recommend for any job she provides !Dan and Rachel Kiely

Very friendly over the phone and able to give a very good quote. Was able to come and repair a gas issue a day early! Our 25 year old furnace finally caved when the weather started to get cold. I called Kevin early morning and he was there same day to assess what the issue might be. The motherboard inside our furnace had died. Given the age of our furnace, we knew we needed a new one anyways. He did troubleshoot for us for a while, but ultimately agreed we would be best to get a new system. With a baby on the way in November he knew we needed this done quickly, and he set it up right away. We decided to also add central air so our summers would be a little easier. We had financing done and approved same day and an installation appointment scheduled promptly. Everything arrived on time and the appointment happened as scheduled. His new Pembroke team was friendly, quick and knowledgeable. They were also extremely patient with my husband when they explained the difference between Celsius and Fahrenheit (thank you! Lol). Kevin checked up after to see how things had gone and how everything was working. Everything is working perfectly and we are nice and warm! We had no hidden fees, no surprises and DEFINITELY no disappointment. Highly recommend Sheaves Mechanical to anyone looking for this kind of service! 11/10

I needed an inspection on my mobile home/tiny house so that I could get propane delivered. When the girl arrived she was very nice but you could tell that she didn’t no anything about the furnace she was supposed to inspect. She checked the date on it and said it was to old to bother with and suggested I get a new furnace. She was confused about something so she called the owner and he came over.. (It’s a small town so it took him about 5 minutes to get here. He had a quick look and agreed that I should get a new heating system and he would be in touch with some prices for me. I was then charged $141.25 (125 plus tax) for an inspection and she said if I bought a furnace from them that would be deducted of the price of the furnace. That was over 2 weeks ago. I did call the owner and asked him why I got charged that much for an inspection that I never got. The only thing she did was look at the date on the front of the old furnace and he peeked underneath the trailer to see where the propane line was. That was it. Since then I’ve waited and waited for someone to contact me with information about the heating systems. I called 4 or five different times and reminded them that I was still waiting for there call. But still nothing. After I left yet another message this morning I finally received a call back from a girl saying that they didn’t bother getting me information because they don’t sell to mobile homes she also argued with me that I had paid for an inspection which had been completed in full. I explained to her that I still haven’t received any inspection paperwork told her that I spoke with the fuel company today and they hadn’t received any paperwork either I didn’t even get a receipt. She was very rude and dismissive with me. I didn’t expect to get this visit for free but I also don’t think charging for an inspection was called for especially when it turned into a sales call. I also am furious because I explained to them that I have no heat other than 2 space heaters and still they made me wait for over 2 weeks for a price on a furnace they had no intentions of selling me. Thanks a lot you guys.Sorry Kevin but I would never recommend your company again after being treated like this.
