LB Exteriors - Windows & Doors

We hired LB Exteriors to remove several layers of old asphalt shingles, and install new Certainteed Landmark Shingles, ice & water shield to eaves & valleys, metal valley pans, breathable synthetic underlayment, new drip edge to eaves & new counter flashing to walls.Lance was quick to return my call and I was very impressed with how soon he was able to provide the estimate. On the day of the estimate he called to confirm and showed up on time. He completed a thorough assessment of my roof. He listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to explain how he would address each one (it was apparent he appreciates a job well done). He was able to provide a printed, detailed estimate right then and there, along with some pamphlets about the materials he would be using. Lance was upfront in terms of expected start date due to how late in the season I called.The roof was completed over 2-3 days in late November. The team arrived in the morning and got started right away. They cleaned up as they worked. Everyone was friendly and professional. There was an unexpected rain one evening and LB Exteriors took the extra precaution and sent someone back to cover the roof (that had ice and water already installed) with a tarp.I highly recommend LB Exteriors and look forward to working with them again.

We hired this company for 4 windows, car port posts and eavestrough. They were professional and timely. We did have concerns around the work from one employee and Lance was very responsive to our concerns and came and got all the issues resolved by another employee. I would call him again if needed.

I had originally contacted LB Exteriors for an estimate to install new windows and a door plus new siding on my back storage room, also new eavestroughing (with leaf guards) for the entire house. Lance arrived on time at my property and was very prompt in providing me with an estimate. I found the quote very reasonable and instructed Lance to proceed with the work.When the crew arrived to begin the project, they discovered extensive rot both at the front and back of my house as well as a huge carpenter ant infestation at the front. I was quickly reassured that the repairs were possible, however, what was initially a fairly modest project mushroomed into significant construction, requiring the tear-down and re-build of two partial walls, front and back. Lance then provided me with a new quote and although the cost also grew significantly, I still felt it was reasonable, considering what was involved.I have never worked with such a professional, thorough and friendly crew who treated me with the utmost courtesy and respect and drew me in every step of the way. They were completely transparent about their work and it was clear from the outset that their standards were set very high. What seemed to me a complete nightmare at first turned into the most positive experience I could hope for and the best news is, my house is now structually sound!I won't hesitate to use Lance and his staff again for future projects. I contact Lance for a estimate to install new siding and reinforce the insulation of the secon floor was done in a professional manner by Gerry and his son the estimate was a little higher then another I went whit him because the presentation of the estimate very professional and very detailed my house is now wormer thanks you guys

Absolutely the most professional contractor I have had the pleasure to do work on my house. Immediately upon their arrival, I sensed they cared about my property as they used tarps to protect my deck and my landscaping. They worked as a team and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Afterwards, they cleaned up and left my property in superb order. I was also impressed by the company's safety standards for its employees. I hired them to do the shingling on my roof, but when I have any work to be done, I will think of them first.

I had my exterior front door installed by Lance and his team earlier this year, and I have got to say that I haven't dealt with better service before. Lance was very knowledgeable, explained everything to me, and addressed all my concerns. We have a bit of a settling issue with the door (as it was installed close to winter) and I just spoke to them, and he's going to take care of it. 'A' quality service at a reasonable cost.

We just had new siding installed by Lance and his crew on our bungalow. They did a fantastic job, and paid great attention to detail ensuring that things were done properly the first time. New mounts were installed for the mailbox and exterior outlets which finished things off nicely. All trim work and mitres look very professional. We would definitely use LB for any future window, door or roofing work, and will highly recommend him to others who are looking for an honest reputable contractor.

Lance and his employees are very hard-working, conscientious, and performed very high quality work, with great attention to detail on our recent siding project. They have an excellent work ethic and take great pride in their work. They will often work 12 hour days and weekends to get projects finished.Lance and the boys are very dedicated to work with you to make sure you get exactly what you want, and everything is done correctly. No short cuts. We have received many positive comments about the transformation and new look of our house. We are presently considering another stage in renovations, and there is no doubt that LB's Exteriors will be the company for the job! Can't say enough....you will be so pleased!

Had a great experience with Lance. He took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I never had any questions or concerns throughout the whole process of reshingling my roof and shed. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Lance and his crew worked efficiently to make sure the job was done right. My roof looks amazing!!!! Lance was responsive and professional from the initial call we made to request an estimate.
