Superior Polyjacking

I am not normally one to leave a bad review, but our experience with Scott from Superior Polyjacking was not great. Right off the bat, there were scheduling issues, and two of his crewmembers ended up showing up unannounced one day a week before our scheduled date. We specifically gave Scott clear instructions to not drive on our lawn, because in the past we have had bad experiences with trucks trying to make their way through the lawn to the backyard, because there’s lots of hills and we live on a very wet property. The crew members told us “Scott gave us the go ahead to drive on the lawn”. We explicitly told Scott to not drive any trucks on the lawn, whatsoever. The crew did it anyway, and absolutely trashed our lawn. When they returned again to complete the service, (which was filling in the foundation around our pool after a groundhog dug tunnels) they did a mediocre job. Within a half an hour of them finishing the insulation job, a groundhog had returned and already dug out the foam despite Scott insisting “this works every time to solve the problem”. We also had them repair some of the concrete in front of our garage, which was also done poorly and sadly does not look good.They left cigarette butts in our yard and littered in the woods near our driveway. Not only did he lie and tell his crewmembers to go ahead and drive on the lawn, he didn’t do a good job and they littered. Don’t use this company.

Do NOT use this company! I have had them scheduled to do my poly fill no less than 6 times and each time they cancel on me either when they are “on the way” or just before the scheduled service time. Absolutely no respect for the customer’s schedule or time. I have had to rearrange my work and meeting schedules each time, and then they fail to show up. This is not the way to run a business. So unprofessional. I implore you, use someone else.
