Very poorly done job. I asked for move-in deep clean, but none of the detail spots were touched. I had to redo all that myself, especially the appliances. I can do a much better job than that. I requested refund for that. Totally not recommended. I am not sure how they get their five star reviews. I chose them because of that. The pictures show my second cleaning of the hood fan and the kitchen cabinet doors after they cleaned them.

I used Proclean to clean our new loft and extremely happy with provided service! Communication with Luis worked well and his team made the place shiny and spotless. Will be using them again and highly recommend.

I use Proclean on a regular basis for home cleaning. They always arrive on time and are very efficient and professional. They also listen to my cleaning needs. Special thanks to Team 2 cleaners (Miriam and Lupita), I also had Monica in the past and she is great as well.

based on the overall reviews and consistent ratings, i decided to use proclean for a general cleaning of our laneway house. More than happy with the thorough and professional work. Team 2 followed the directions given and went above and beyond my expectations. i’ve normally gone with ecogreen who do a great job as well but was unable to find availability. i’d say proclean is equally comparable and did a great job ensuring i was happy with the work before payment and completion. thank you team 2 for making our home spotless. if you’re reading some of these low reviews as i did, these most likely are attributable to a one off experience for those folks and definitely not my experience. i felt confident knowing i would receive amazing service quality based on the majority of positive ratings. would highly recommend proclean and use again in the future.

Had a great first experience with 2 female house cleaners from Pro-Clean today! They arrived on time, they were very friendly, polite, listened to my cleaning needs. They vacuumed , mopped, cleaned all the floors and the bathrooms in the house as I requested. I am pleased with their level of cleaning service. I will definitely use Pro- Clean again and would recommend them to anyone looking for once in a while house cleaning. I am going to ask if they are available for two hours every two weeks.

Able and Lydia were absolutely amazing!I had a resident move out. He was blind and his suite was very dirty. I called our usually company who refused to clean it. Then I reached out to a second company, they sent someone who said they could clean it, but ten minutes into the job, they said it was too bad.After a quick google search I found ProClean. I’m so glad I did! They booked me for the next day and they arrived on time and brought all their own supplies. From the introduction to the completion they were so professional, polite and not at all intimidated by the job. They really knew what they were doing. The room was immaculate! They cleaned and disinfected everything. I would highly recommend this service. Fast, efficient, professional. As long as they are in operation, I will never use or recommend another cleaning service again!I don't have a lot of before pictures. But here are a couple.

My place was badly in need of a deep-clean. ProClean was efficient in both quoting and booking the service. Cleaners arrived within the designated timeframe, checked in with me, and began work promptly. It turns out my place needed more time than initially estimated: they communicated throughout the job and asked for confirmation before continuing beyond the time initially budgeted. I am thrilled with the quality of work and have already booked follow-up service.

My wife and I are seniors and are in the process of downsizing and selling our house in Abbotsford. We just had Monica and Berenice out to clean our house in preparation for the real estate listing and pictures. We cannot say enough about how thorough and meticulous they both were, and how clean our home is now! We will not hesitate to use and recommend Proclean to anyone needing cleaning services. Once the house sells we will definitely have them back to clean again.
