I started with Frances approx 2 weeks ago.I did my research for private yoga lessons. I found joy core and felt a connection during my initial consultation.I have been practising for two weeks every day.I feel so much better physically, emotionally, and spiritually.Plus the constant pain in my shoulder and hip is gone.

I would highly recommend taking up the practice of yoga with Frances as your teacher and guide. It is a very open, friendly and positive environment where you feel supported through each pose and gain valuable knowledge of the benefits of each pose for your body and energy. Frances works with all body types on pose adjustments so that everyone benefits and gets to experience the power of their breath in alignment with their movements.
