My wife went to marbled today for the first time. Before she left I told her to pick up a steak and maybe some sausages to try. I wanted to try the steak for dinner. OMG, this was the best steak I've ever eaten. So delicious. Melt in your mouth goodness. I recommend marbled to anyone based on this steak alone. The butcher also seasoned the steak for you at no charge. Just curious why both sides were not seasoned. No worries though. I cooked it with butter and garlic and it turned out fantastically. I will be back here on Friday to try out more meats. Quality was realized when I touch the steak and it was super soft to touch. Not tough at all. Marvelous! I will be trying the sausages this week for meal prep and then will comment, but if its anything like the steak then I am gonna be in meat heaven.This past weekend we bought 2 pork chops. Amazing, Amazing, Amazing! Seared both sides on a cast iron, and served with fries and apple sauce...So goooodddd!This past weekend we pick up some ground chuck to make burgers. Tom told me it was a good 80/20 mix. Cooked these burgers on a sizzling cast iron grill and it was really good! See the pictures. My wife also bought a chicken breast to make mexican soup. You can really taste the difference in the quality of the meat here.

This is another one of those unknown Oakville gems that provides awesome service and products. We came there to check it out n the smell when you walk in is mouthwatering delicious! We bought 2 grass fed locally farmed with no hormones injected New York steaks along with some pork chops and honey garlic sausages. Everything is so fresh and lean and healthy! The quality of the steaks is absolutely the best steak I've had in ages and it felt so healthy eating it and didn't feel heavy like other steaks do. I'm excited to try those sausages and pork chops this week!Super friendly service and he even seasons it for you! Definitely recommending this to everyone I know!

I purchased 5 racks of baby back ribs. Tom cooked them to perfection!!! It was perfect meal for Super Bowl Sunday. The meat was so tender and juicy. The meat was falling off the bone effortlessly. I'll definitely be coming back for more. My only regret is that in the excitement, I forgot to take pictures. This place is a gem.

Great local place in Oakville to get high quality meat. They have strong local ties to local farmers and source everything from quality fed, grass fed and free range sources.Tom, the owner is friendly and knowledgeable and cooks to order amazing ribs!

Tom's meats and selections are very good. BUT I spent over $150 last week...and for this I get meat loosely packed in styrofoam clam shells...when I wanted the steaks etc to be at least wrapped in plastic or vacuum packed..hey...that's me.And...when I asked for four 8 oz center cut beef filets...I was told no...was even prepared to pay extra...so, I got the end cut..where the cuts are uneven/fattier...why not give me a little of both. I was the unlucky guy because Tom had to start a new beef tenderloin....maybe next time...cut the whole tenderloin in 2...and work to each end...so that we share the center.Not sure I'll be back...unless I bring my own wrapping.

Tom is great and the ribs (cooked if you order in advance) are out of this world. So much so that our staff gets treated to this every 6 months and they look forward to it.Sausages and eggs are also good purchases as well as the steaks which are expensive (because of quality) but well worth the treat.If Tom has short ribs then definitely give that a try. Chicken as well for the kids.
