3S deserved 5 stars rating as both the salesman Rio, Jeremy and his team provided professional services. Rio is very patience and explained clearly on my options. Jeremy came with a team of 5 including himself, worked very efficiently. I chose 3S because of all other great reviews and very competitive pricing. Now I am another happy customer with the new roof shingles perfectly done by 3S! Highly recommended.

Rio and his team did a great job in replacing my townhouse roof. He accommodated my timelines. His team was prompt and finished on time. Rio also took the time to explain the work of his team. Rio and his team did an amazing job. They showed up on time and finished before sunset.They took pictures before and after, and very transparent with their job. There was no hidden fees associated. They cleaned up the site making sure no junks left behind. 1000% recommend.
