Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday, it was busy, but moving very quickly. All 5 of these stars go to the two young gentlemen behind the counter. They made excellent food, were very kind, skilled and productive. I was seriously impressed, Great job!

Staff were fast and friendly. I ordered gluten free and they were very knowledgeable. The girl who made my pita wiped down her station, took veggies from under the counter to avoid contamination, and changed her gloves several times. Wrap was large and delicious. Will definitely be back.

Every other time I have went to this Pita Pit it has been great! But tonight around supper time I went in and there was someone waiting for their food and I was the first in line to order. There was only one person working and he was working very hard to fulfill the order. I waited for almost 15 minutes and my order still has not been taken and there were two people behind me in line and the person who was waiting was still waiting. The person working was working as fast as he could (good job to him!) he should not have been the only person working on a Friday night around supper time. I left to go somewhere else, very disappointing that we waited and still didn't get any pitas!

We have eaten here before but this time was different. Just the meat was heated and it was hardly placed in the press....like 5 seconds, so it was mostly cold.

Did this place ever go downhill. Been by twice this past week.Use to stop in a couple times a week before Covid. New staff just wants their shift to be over and zero customer service.I asked for mushrooms and peppers on the grill (I’ve always been asked previously) and staff member seemed very annoyed with the request. Also asked for white cheese, and staff member just shakes his head no. Ok? Subways right across the lot, thanks.

This place is just a pit. They staff act like you do them a favour and have no training from wherever the originate from. I would not recommend this place. They have a flavours of Trinidad wrap that just there as a name. Anyone who has been to Trinidad will know that it’s just a marketing sham they have and sell you a substandard wrap. To the owner … don’t reply to me saying to contact you and your are sorry and contact you via email or give your restaurant another chance. Save it !!! I will never ever come back thereresponse to owners response : I dont have the time to email pita pit and you need to do your homework when hiring staff and misrepresenting flavours of another country. not my job definitely..PITA PIT is horrible at this location!!!!!
