High Zone Karaoke Bar and Restaurant
Had a great time. The staff were super patient with me while guiding me through selecting songs. Not only chinese songs but variety of songs in different languages. (Their system has youtube) Rates for the room was reasonable. The microphones sounded really good and the rooms were half decently sound proofed, couldn't hear anyone around us.

Awesome karaoke experience!!! The service here is great and the prices are fantastic if you are getting a package. We didnt try too much of the food but the calamari was tasty, and the lychee martinis were delicious! The song selection could be better, but still plenty to choose from and its nice to have youtube as an option. Definitely a worthwhile experience

We went for hourly karaoke and was pressured to leave with 8 mins remaining. They also don’t mention they already put a service charge in the bill and asked for tips again at check out. One could easily double tip. I think they can be a bit more transparent. Sound system is not that great so overall, 2 star experience.

It’s a serviceable karaoke bar. The ambiance is good and their karaoke system allows you to use YouTube so sing selection is vast. The people working there are really nice and the service is fast, but the place could be better kept.The rooms are a bit stuffy, furniture is a little outdated and there were a couple tech issues.

ZERO STAR RATING. Just left extremely disappointed (Feb 18/2023). This was my first experience at a karaoke bar and it will definitely be my last. Staff extremely unpleasant, rude and gave dirty looks to our entire party as if we were an inconvenience to them. Did not want to take our orders, had to go up to the front to make an order. Rooms were dirty, microphones were sticky and drinks were NOT poured to size or poured properly. Put an automatic gratuity on our bill without any notice and then asked for additional tips. Would absolutely not go back to this place. Staff needs to understand what customer service is and not demand tips when poor service is rendered. Would not recommend, it is a waste of money. Look elsewhere for a karaoke bar or just do it at home.UPDATE: We have found out from our friends the next day that they double billed the drinks we ordered along with their drinks after we had already paid bills. We checked our visa bill and they also added another gratuity on that we did not agree in the payment. This is ABSOLUTELY disgusting and this establishment should be shut down.

100% worth coming here. We’re from Markham and all the options here suck so for a short 20 min drive you get quick and friendly service, clean rooms with easy to use machines at dirt cheap rates. Staff explained how to use everything well and they were very accommodating. Definitely coming back here more often

This is kind of a scam. It’s pretty costly, and the screen just plays music videos (not karaoke). The mics didn’t work well and the screen to change the songs kept malfunctioning. The food was also very poor quality, but I enjoyed the drinks!Overall I wouldn’t recommend this, because you could just do this at home and sing along to a song on YouTube

The staff seems friendly and the rooms are cozy but super hot because there's no ventilation. The karaoke machine isn't as up to date as other ktv locations. So it's alright but not worth the price.

High Zone Karaoke is a lot of fun, and the owner is really friendly! This place was fantastic. The room was cozy and clean with a comfy couch, and we were given microphone covers, which was appreciated. Definitely a lot more fun and intimate than going to a public karaoke night at a bar.

Rooms very very clean, great selection for music, YouTube accessible, amazing service and friendly staff. Quick fixes if a battery was dead. We had a large room, had its own bathroom. Lots of seating and great space to move around. By far our favourite place so far.
