Got my hair colored at the Salon (first time at the Salon btw) and I had a phenomenal experience.Mary was very professional, kind and friendly. She was careful with my hair and made good recommendations on how to maintain a great hair quality and appearance. Be sure to book an appointment with her if you need one.The receptionists on the other hand, gave off a somewhat nonchalant and weird vibe but Mary's hospitality made up for all of that so a 5 star it is.

Have been getting esthetics services with Uptown Spa for many years. My wonderful esthetician, Claudia, gives an excellent facial every time and very pleasant environment. They follow all public health protocols. Massage therapies are excellent as well.

Lidia and Lucy are fantastic!I took my mom for a couple massage and we both were impressed with the quality. I can’t wait to try other services.

I went for a Brazilian and never been to this place before. The staff was really nice but the waxing service wasn’t the greatest. It was super messy; there was wax all over my leg and also didn’t clean up the wax from other places. There was also patches of hair that hasn’t been removed. Not happy with the actually service and will not go back!

My score would have been 5 stars, because the girl Patricia who treated me was very kind, very professional, and did her job very well. But instead, the two girls who were at the reception were neither professional and not friendly. In the first place, they were talking about their private things and laughing, as if it were a disco; answering without desire and as if you were an intruder who came to bother them and not to receive a service for which you are going to pay for ( because I remember that their wages depend on what the client pays). Secondly, after sitting in the waiting room where I was busy with my cell phone, one of them suddenly turned to me saying that I was recording them with my phone. Sorry? Wait a minute! Are we in a beauty salon or are we in a roadside bar? What ways are these? What kind of deal is this? I think it was disrespectful, out of context and very inappropriate to treat people like that who come to receive a service for which they will ultimately pay money. It´s a shame! It guess that the company should pay them a customer service course.

I have had two sessions of electrolysis at Uptown Spa. I'm not sure if it was a sales tactic or if the technician was just rude but she kept making backhanded comments about my appearance that buying more of their services could fix". Even after I specifically said "You made a lot of comments about X last time and I would like you to stop

This place used to have a few good RMT s. Apparently no more. And the receptionist service have gone downhill greatly. The first alarm I got was I phoned in to leave a message to reserve an RMT. No one bother to call back for a day. I had to go into their office personally to book a reservation. Two receptionists were just playing with their phones. When asked why my call hasn’t been returned, they reply was “ i haven’t listened to them yet”. Isn’t that their job to do so? Once I booked the appointment and showed up for the appointment on that day, I was shocked to find that the RMT I booked no longer works there. Did anyone bother to notify the customer? Same two receptionists. And now that the only RMT I find good no longer works, I find no reason to ever go back there. Nor should anyone else unless you enjoy being frustrated
