Cohen and Cohen Natural Stone

Great service here. Contrasting to three other landscaping supply stores in Ottawa, these guys always answer their phone, they call and email you when they say they will, they have stock on popular items and can tell you over the phone if they have what you want. They were helpful and friendly over the phone and aided with sq ft calculalations for a quote on patio stones. Their delivery availability is very quick (1 or 2 days at the time of writing this) and the delivery driver was professional and forward thinking (ie, placed the pallets in a manner that was out of the way and took up minimal space without prompting).I want to say I paid maybe slightly more per sq ft, but honestly I wasn't able to even get an official quote from other places so it's a moot point.Overall, highly recommended to do your landscaping business with these folks.

We had a great experience at Cohen and Cohen as we planned and purchased materials for our small L-shaped backyard. Tanya and Julius were extremely helpful in helping us to choose materials that would work in our small space. Julius is my go-to - the best rep to work with. Always friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. His encyclopedic knowledge of 80s and 90s pop culture is just a happy bonus.

This is our go to place for landscape products. Best customer service by far, very upfront and honest people. Julius is quick and knowledgeable. Tanya at the front desk is great as well. Overall a great team. They are slightly more expensive than a few other spots in Ottawa but again it is worth spending the extra few dollars for their amazing service.
