We were in the store today to purchase a stove. We have purchased most of our appliances through the brick, and because of their price matching (+ 10% of differences) were quite happy to be able to get the best price there.We were served by a new salespersonNancy S, who did an amazing job.Thank you Nancy

The salesperson Anthony spent a lot of time researching our needs for new appliances. We had many questions that were promptly addressed in a courteous manner. We are returning customers of the Brick for our appliances due to the positive experience.Anthony made this easy and we will return.

Would be negative 5 stars with Google would allow.I purchased 6 appliances last year . The sales man was told I buy and sell yearly he advised me to buy 1 year warranty and after the 1 year I would be able to use the money in store if I did not use any warranty now I call after the one year mark and they are telling me I bought 3 to 4 year warranty which is not true the sale man lied to me and am a waiting for a supervisor to call me to sort this out. I have multiple witnesses that were with me when I purchased $9000.00 worth of appliancesI've spoken to many other people and this has happened or been offered to them as well do not fall for this scam.My money should be refunded since the sales man lied to me to make more commission.Will update once I speak to the supervisor.

We had a great experience at The Brick Peterborough. Tim greeted us upon entering the store. He was attentive but not overbearing and he was able to answer all the questions we had for him and priced out multiple purchase scenarios for us. We ultimately purchased a washer/dryer set and would absolutely recommend Tim and The Brick Peterborough to fulfill your household appliance needs.

Purchase a new Sony tv a month and a half ago. We were convinced to purchase the extended warranty and we were told it would cover anything including accidentals. We had a mishap last week with our daughter accidentally hitting the tv and breaking the panel. Called the brick and they said to call Sony. Sony says they won’t do anything under the extended warranty until we use the limited warranty first. Called the brick back and they say they will cover if the tv fell off the wall but not accidentals. What a complete waste of money purchasing the extended warranty when we were told it would cover any damage. Called a couple of repair places and they said that Sony panels are hard to come by so replacement will cost between $800-$2000. Way more than what the tv is worth. I’ll never buy from the brick again.

What a great experience. The sales team at the brick are amazing. We had the privilege of working with Paul W on our purchase today. He made the experience fun, educational and easy. Giving us a lot of options, and reasons why you would buy one or the other. The team around Paul should not be forgotten. They were also a joy to work with, helpful and very nice. If there were half stars, I would give a 4.5Many pieces of our home furniture are from The Brick, and we have always been happy with our purchases.I did have some concerns with our most recent purchase, but the Staff at The Brick were happy and willing to listen to my concerns and to offer me several options as to how they could keep us as happy loyal customers.I am pleased to say, that we found a solution that leaves everyone happy.Thank you Lucus and Nancy for your great customer service.
