My stay at the Grande was peaceful. The staff are courteous, and available 24/7 to answer any questions you may have.The suite is fully furnished with all the comforts of home including pots and pans, and cutlery. Everything is designed to meet the majority of your daily household needs.Your Safety and Security, and satisfaction, are also of prime importance to The Grande.For whatever your reason, I highly recommend staying at The Grande. You might not want to leave.

We moved into an apartment of HighStreet Accommodations due to the water damage in our own place. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and well maintained. The service was excellent and the staff were always nice and ready to help through our whole stay, even after we moved out. I left my bible at the apartment together with some other things. I contacted them and the arrangement was made speedily for me to pick up my belongings. I really appreciated their help. The experience was very satisfying and I highly recommend them.

I do not drive, but UT1003 is a block off a major street, so public transit is very accessible. But, it's not in a crowded area. Other residential towers are, again a block away, so it's a nice private suite - no one staring right at you.Even better, there is a large grocery store right next door, with a strip mall beside it. The unit itself is clean and modern and has everything you would need, including a washer/dryer. The queen sized bed is comfortable, the kitchen is complete, although everything is tucked away in overhead cabinets, so it doesn't look messy. You could spend your stay in your suite without leaving the building, except for supplies.Access is good, and there is a parking spot available. There are no stairs from the street in front, and the building has spacious elevators. There are three steps down to the garbage/recycling area, and the doors are a little heavy if you have arthritic wrists or other issues.The building is secure, you have a fob to unlock the doors/elevator.It's a quiet and peaceful building, with a north-facing view of a few other towers and a tree covered chunk of Coquitlam..Best of all, the HighStreet staff are excellent - helpful in every way. When I first moved in I was flustered by the electronics, when the young man on the phone realized that I needed hands-on help, he sent a young woman out to show me how the strange controls work. (There is also an on-line guide to the building rules, and basic hard-copy info on the place, your phone-number, parking space and address.I want to particularly commend Sally Fitzpatrick, who patiently answered my questions, and provided solutions to my petty concerns, Truly excellent service.

Stayed at a Highstreet Accommodation located in downtown Vancouver for just over a month while my home was undergoing renovations due to water damage. The staff were very accommodating to our needs and found us a location that was perfect and met our specifications. The unit itself was great, the check in process easy, and they provided great customer service when there were minor issues to be addressed. Sally was great and she addressed our concerns immediately, and the two Alex’s that came by to address out needs were very friendly. I accidentally left an item at the location during check out and Sally was very accommodating in arranging for me to pick up the item. Thank you so much for a great experience stay!

Outstanding experience from the rental options, to meet & greet familiarization of property and a condo that was very well outfitted .Then came exceptional action for minor maintenance and the best housekeepers ever. Sally Fitzgerald absolutely nailed my customer experience. Her attentiveness, problem solving and friendly warm support..., well now back in my Strata home, I wish our management had Highstreet's daily customer standards. Our condo was managed by High Street Accommodation (HSA) for 5 years. During this period, we had a very professional and courteous relationship with the company. HSA was diligent in filling our condo with quality tenants. They took care of everything that related to running and maintenance of the condo which afforded us with zero worries in owning an investment property.We were somewhat reluctant at the time when we were considering handing over our condo to any outside agency to manage. However, we did our due diligent before we finally settled with HSA. We had considered of a number of other forms of property management but none was as fitting as HSA. We took our time and checked out references, existing clients of HSA and found that the company had a solid reputable standing in the ‘high-quality rental’ market. What impressed us was the fact that HSA have cultivated a niche market of clienteles (insurance companies, corporate executive travel) that other agencies have limited access to.Overall, we highly recommend High Street Accommodation to any property owners that want a full rental service with minimum hands-on daily administration. We had 5 years of experience working together with the company, during that time HSA handled our property professionally, efficiently and responsively to our concerns. Very happy I chose HighStreet Accommodations, had some damage done in my residing address and needed to be out while work was done for months. Highstreet was able to provide a beautiful accommodations furnished with everything I could possibly need. They were always on standby to assist with any unforeseen issue. Highly recommend and will be top of my list when I need short to med term accommodations in the future.

HighStreet was brought on by my insurer to house my family following a terrible flood in my apartment. They were fantastic. Attentive, friendly staff who took care of everything very professionally. The place we were put up in was also very new and conveniently located.

HighStreet provided us with temporary accommodations for about 3 months. Our contact person was Sally Fitzgerald. We cannot say enough good things about Sally. She was absolutely wonderful! Sally continually put our comfort first and we truly appreciate her and her professionalism and warm personality.
