absolutely irrational and ridiculous rates. was told $6k for them to drive 20 minutes to springhill to do 2 acre survey... they werent very professional over the phone, were very passive and uninterested in helping in any way. assured me everyone charges their ridiculous rates, i found that to be very untrue. not sure your experience, but i fear elderly and disabled people may be being taken advantage of.
