Had my first recall. As soon as the part was in they called and put me in immediately. Quick and great service as well as a wiper blade change from Dave. You guys are great!

Fast service, always friendly. Highly recommend Am Ford. We have been customers since we moved to Trail in 1996 and have been very satisfied with the service, and will continue to deal with them.

Came in for a service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was given a ride to work. When I picked my truck up it was very clean from the detail they give each vehicle. I was very happy & satisfied with my experience at A. M. Ford.

I had an appointment for an Adaptive Steering Fault. When I arrived the fault message cleared & no fault codes were found. Lorne ( one of there good mechanics) said to me if that fault message came on again that they would order a module for that problem. Well sure enough the next day the fault happened again. I called AM Ford & talked to Mark (Service Manager), he informed me the new module would be ordered. AM Ford I feel goes beyond the call of duty. I love the friendliness & the very good service I get from this dealership.

This places is unbelievably rude and not professional, i wasted my time going 3.5 hours to go look at a vehicle. They do a lot of false advertising. I wanted to go look at this vehicle, so called ahead to ask some questions about the vehicle, Devon the sales manager word for word told me “ shes minty and nothing wrong with it” cool! so drive all the way there and the vehicle had dents and rust on the rear end, the roof was falling apart because the guy that had it before used it for moving furniture. That would’ve been nice to know before driving 3.5 hours away. If your spending money on the second biggest purchase of your life this is not the first place to go.
