Don't give them your service. I went to apply for a payday loan today, I met all the criteria from their own website, and I was still denied. I explained to them I'm on disability, I was victimized by fraud, and as a result have no money for food for over a week until I get my next disability. They made up rules and regulations that were not even stated on their website. Disgusting. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. I'd give it 0 stars if I could. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Horrible customer service. I went in today to make reloan, apparently, even with proof of my payment they would not help me, flat out refused to help. Go somewhere else, don't waste your time with these people

Don’t waste your time only service is for crack heads in the area to garnish there pay cheques for a fee. They claim to be western union affiliate but wouldn’t or said couldn’t cash anything over $1000 maybe put sign or update on you google page!

Good location for western union. They are very knowledgeable about western union. After being told not possible at a money mart down the street, I came here and the rep and her manager went above and beyond to check the info required and do the money transfer for me.

I am very disappointed to see that people write bad review about customer service.Its been 2 years for me never face any difficulty. I know sometimes someone had bad day but still they do their best.Even if they did wrong which not happened often they correct it as soon as possible.Do hard work girlsStay positive and smile alotTake care

Unprofessional called them before hand for cashing a checks, told me to come in store and than refused the service said they need to prioritize the prior customer. Than why did u said i can come in the store for the service. Angela and manpreet both really unprofessional…

Ive witnessed certain staff engage in spiteful and discriminate behavior towards customers. Specifically customers who are on welfare or seem like drug addicts or alcoholics. Going as far as to make new rules to mess with a certain customer while I watched. Even though the customer had been there on the same day every month for 2 years. If I could give 0 stars I would. There is one specific staff member that should be ashamed of herself .

Hi, I normally go to money tree twice a month. I never face any difficulty over there. Tellers over there have good knowledge and did my transactions accurately.Now its been 1 year only because of good customer service and positivity.
