I wanted to leave a review for this pet food store. They give excellent service and are always happy to see you and remember your name. We were new to Smith's Falls and they were very helpful. We've moved back to our home province and will miss them. If you're new to the area I highly recommend them.

Completely amateur, told us never again for grooming our 2 Corgis they are Too aggressive. The staff are Too young and weak to deal with our Corgis, thank goodness we didn’t bring in our German shepherds they would have have to run off into their safe space and suck their thumb. Pathetic.

Very unfriendly. Not knowledgable about Canadian products.Left feeling like I needed to go to another pet food store.New in the area and was hoping they'd be friendly and helpful.But not a chance. Answered the phone and started helping someone over the phone and I was standing at the cash, was the only one in the store. (ya I know why!) Unprofessional and tacky!!Heard from locals that they treat people badly. I should have listened.

Stopped in for a nail trim at Paws a Bit and grabbed a new collar at the same time. I love this one stop pet shop and the staff are amazing.

The best pet store around! I live in Ottawa and make a point to get my dog food / supplies from them in smith falls. The owners, Leigh-Anne and Laura are extremely knowledgeable and always do their best to put customer service first. They make a point to get to know their customers, both human and animal so they can provide educated advice and suggestions. Their business is run with empathy and integrity, creating such a welcoming environment! I highly recommend Bone Appetit! Pet Company to anyone looking for a new store!
