I want to say thank you to Sammy from Mr.Tows. When he arrived he made sure I was ok first and if I needed any medical attention. Car was towed to a bodyshop and I was taken home.

I called a tow this guy with Mr Tow came with a tow truck and dolleys I’ve towed my car 5x this week and he comes wastes my time makes me miss my appointment saying my cars too low to tow even thought I gave them the very make model and year and the cars factory not lowered & when I’ve gotten it towed by the same size truck 5x this week these guys are unprofessional made me miss an appointment and now he’s just sitting in my parking lot and so is my car I would never use these guys again

Great experience. The guy treated me as his brother, helped me getting my car repair, and also with my claim and everything. Highly recommend to others.

They really take care of you

My car wouldn’t start so I called and Sam arrived. Asked what was wrong and I told him I didn’t know. But I want to take it to my mechanic. Instead of just slapping it onto his truck and towing it. He helped me get my battery charged up. And Ofcourse the car started. But than it died again. So we had no choice but to bring it in. He’s friendly and he actually wants to help. Out of all the drivers I’ve met. He’s actually very polite and extremely respectful. Other are always pushy. Thanks guys for helping me out
