Public restroom

●●●UPDATE: FROM NOV. 16 ON, THE RESTROOMS ARE NOW CLOSED FOR THE WINTER SEASON●●● THE NEXT CLOSEST PUBLIC WASHROOM IS LOCATED INSIDE TANNERY PARK WHICH IS OPEN YEAR-ROUND.This public washroom is actually featured within Lakeside Park, not a 2 minute walk from it, & is always kept clean and tidy during the seasonal months it is open. It features 3 separate parts, 1 for women, with a 3 small-stall area, 2 sinks, a hand dryer and no mirror, 1 for men, which I personally cannot account for number of urinals/stalls and *1 family/gender-neutral washroom which has its own private room.*The family washroom is the ONLY washroom at this location that is accessible for wheelchairs and the only washroom that has a baby change station. Both the other ones are too small to house such features.The washrooms themselves are open seasonally, late spring through until late summer. They are maintained by the town of Oakville workers and they always do such a fantastic job! Some weekends I've used these washrooms and they're a bit messy but what do you expect with the crazy amount of people finding this beautiful park? It would be impossible for the town to keep up with it over the busy weekend. That being said they have never been disgusting by any means and my 5 year old niece always tells me how she loves the smell in here"...odd comment for a washroom but kids don't lie!"

The room was clean and neat and easy to use.
