Pharmaprix

I wish I could give them 0 star. They sold expired baby foods at 30th Nov. One was up to 2019 Oc 08 and the other one was up to 2019 Nov 14. :( we saw the date when we were in highway.**updateWe called pharmaprix store and customer service. If we wanna get refund, we have to go back to that store where is very far for us. Pharmaprix customer service said same things like store. Thanks to pharmaprix customer service for nothing.

wow I did not expect the service i got this morning. i tried ordering on line but regretfully with all companies wanting everything on line i forgot my password - i ask for a reset - i try it it tell me my account is locked - wait a few minutes - i tried for over 35 minutes - so what do i do i call my pharmacy - after about 3 minutes of press this press that i finally get a person. I explain and ask why is my account locked. I don't know we do n't t=do that - i say yes i understand but who else am i supposed to call. she repeats sir its not us - i try to explain but she won't listen because she keeps telling me to call the headoffice but \im trying to speak and say there is no number - do you have one but she is not listening then says to me why are you screaming at me - i did not scream i changed my tone - i say because you are not listening to me and I am trying to explain. there is no number to call like you asy - she tells me well google it - really google it - im googling other pharmacies in my area instead to change - how about that - no numbers on the website that says call your pharmacie - and there they say contact headoffice - and me waiting and wasting time to renew my prescriptions - where did customer service go when you just want questions answered. - very disappointed then she puts me on hold - as i was getting more frustrated and i really did not want to lose it with this girl - i hung up because i was ready to scream after wasting so much time to just order my medication - thank god i take blood pressure pills because this clerk certainly raised it this morning - sad i thought this was a good pharmacy but maybe not after all
