Gatt Heating

Gatt has installed Goodman furnace in our new house in the mid of 2016. Approx. 3.5 year ago. Now, after the cold snap a simple part in the furnace stopped working. I contacted Gatt and this is what I was told: the warranty was good for two years only and the parts are warranted until the end of 2020."I have a neighbour

AC install was done well and works great. We were quoted for AC and the electronical that needed to be done and it was all on the for contract. The office screwed up and did not book the electrical work so we had to take a second day (half) off to get the install completed. This was frustrating and essential cost us an extra $250 due to lost wages.

Prompt, Efficient, Helpful and Personable: Called in at 8am for a broken furnace, spoke to Jeff soon after who dispatched Ray, who showed up on time and got the repair done. Ray also took the time to explain the cause of the problem and what was done to fix it and also checked all registers throughout our home to ensure proper operation. Would definitely, 100% , recommend Gatt Heating, thank you!

Gatt Heating did all of the HVAC for my new house, including HRV and A/C. They provided excellent service throughout and were reliable and on time. Their after sales service has been top notch as well. Jeff Z is professional, personable and excellent to work with. Would definitely use them again.

Purchased a brand new house in May of 2015. Gatt heating was the company that put in the furnace. The furnace has yet to pass city inspection cause installers did not follow proper codes. Have had them out on numerous occasions and still havent passed. I would not recommend this company. It September of 2016 and I am still dealing with them to fix it so I can pass inspection.

The Service Manager named Kevin gave me an estimate and asked for a down payment of $265 for a permit. He accepted this money and booked a date and time. He never showed up. This repeated 3 times. He failed to provide me any documents on the installation or his company. He then started dodging calls and was not responding to any text messages. I am now out $265.

Made a first call to have a service appointment for our acreage property. Acreage is older and we are new owners. Company wanted to charge us $400 for the first call on deposit. I stated that I was happy to pay the $150 for the service call and $95 plus tax for the first hour but remainder of payment for parts or additional labour would be upon services rendered on the day of appointment. Completely unreasonable business policy. I will go elsewhere to pay my money.

These guys are amazing to deal with!The gentlemen are Very professional and helpful. They came to help me with my thermostat a few times and did absolutely everything to help me get it in order. I am very happy that they installed my air conditioner also. From the estimate to after the instal they were fantastic to deal with. I can’t thank them enough for all their help and time. Very grateful I called them!

Terrible service. Very disappointed. No help at all. I called gatt to order a part. Two weeks later they still have not called me back with the part. I've called countless times and emailed the girl in the office I was dealing with, she was no help at all. gatt has lost my business and referrals. Stay away from gatt unless you want to be jerked around for weeks and don't care about wasting your time and money. If you want parts go else where. I sourced two suppliers that are much more helpfull and will respond to emails and call you back. Also the prices are better, I got the part that same day and for half the cost of what gatt charged. Regardless if it's a part or a full install. A customer is a customer and should be treated as such regardless of the profit margin. SHAME ON YOU gatt heating.

Polite and friendly from the first call to the end of the service. Our garage heater wasn't working, when I called it was booked fast. Jeff came out, he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, the problem was taken care of in no time. We are very happy with Gatt Heating & Cooling service and recommend them fir all of your heating, cooling or paintbooth set up needs.
