Collingwood MK Lawn Care

Used them years ago for lawn and they were ok. Something’s changed. They’ve taken $430 full payment for snow removal from my son. They didn’t like it when poor service was pointed out. Then, they abruptly cancelled service and are keeping ALL the money. The service contract is until April. This is THEFT. We will share this experience every chance we get. It’s just wrong. They are deceitful. Don’t hire them. Bottom feeders.

Ordered lawn clean up and gravel removal. I was billed for 6 hours, neighbours told me that 2 people were there for closer to 2 hours. Then I found the gravel was still on the lawn. Company told me this is because they wanted to spare the grass, which is not what I requested. I let that slide. But biggest issue is company does not keep their word. The lawn debris was piled on my yard and I was promised that they would return to remove it to the dump once it opened. I contacted the company that the pile was still there and the dump was open. Their response: Don't care. It's too much to ask these guys to keep their word. I would not recommend them.

Where do I begin, these guys will take your money and never return and if they do their drivers operators have no drivers license and they have zero insurance. The owner and his staff are drunk and high all day everyday. They hit a car this winter and left the scene the owner had to say it was him because of no drivers license. The owner Mike is a thief and takes anything left out, he was part of a extortion case a few months ago involving a young local collingwood girl,If you say anything he threatens you and anyone that knows you along with his gf.There are a ton of decent Honest companies around town I suggest speaking with them. Steer clear of this mess if your smart unless your eager to have a worker injury claim on your property which they have done over and over again. Good luck in your search and hopefully it didn’t end here.

This is the most dysfunctional horrific service of any business we've experienced. They make changes to their so called service with absolutely no notification! We pre-paid for snow removal via email transfer! After questioning their changes? that we had no notification of, he was rude to my wife & said he would refund us in 14 days by check? After being prepaid!Do not put up with this subpar & absolutely horrific service! I have notified the City of Collingwood. He doesn't deserve a business license.
